I purchased a vehicle from Harvest and paid for an extended warranty. Subsequently developed a windshield leak which fried the front camera and radio - of course the warranty excludes seals and water damage. GM Dan Jolley did a great thing and split the repair costs with me. I recommend Dan and Harvest Chevrolet as they act with integrity. I had the best first time experience with harvest, I was a first time buyer with no credit or anything and still made it out with my car in 3 hours. 10/10 recommend they are all very friendly and are great at explaining everything that is happening. Excellent customer service! We bought our vehicle from Alfredo 4 years ago, and currently traded that same vehicle in for an upgrade. We live about 3 hours away and both, last time and this time he made it extremely easy to get financing done prior to showing up so all we had to do was sign and be on our way. That included negotiating a trade in which they were very fair in the value. Very rare to find a dealership and reps that aren't pushy and that are respectful of your time and money. Will continue to recommend Harvest auto of Yakima, Alfredo and the rest of the team were great! We look forward to working with them in the future!

I dealt with Alejandro Juarez from start to finish. I was looking for a particular truck. AJ kept me informed about the 2 in stock (cert. used). After the 1st sold and then the 2nd it may have been over. But as soon as he found out the 2nd sale fell through he called and from that point we worked out my deal. AJ made this happen with timely responses and info. He had me in mind and was able to make the deal because of his hard work and I appreciate his efforts. I got the truck I wanted and he helped me get it. All I can do is say, thank you Alejandro for keeping up on the truck. He has also been helpful after the sale.

It started with our meeting Luis. He was very helpful, knowledgeable, and relaxed with no pressure or traditional sales gimmicks. He gained our trust early in the conversation. It said a lot about the dealership and that statement also crystalized as we dealt with the sales manager and finance folks. We are from out of town so spent the week in conversation with Luis remotely. He was very responsive and we made our deal before returning to pick up the truck. I need to point out that the interaction with the finance person (sorry but I didn't catch her name) was outstanding. She was prepared, very clear with instruction and extremely efficient. The sales manager made a fair deal on a warranty plan that works for us and so we added that to the order on the day we picked it up. All in all a wonderful experience and I will have Harvest as my go to dealer going forward.

Work was performed in a timely way. The associate helping me was extremely friendly, explained the process, showed me around and sought me out to give updates.

Calling in for an appointment was excellent. Friendly, informative, and seemed to care.
However, after that, I will definitely think about bringing my vehicle in for service based off of prices charged. A diagnostic shouldn't take all day for something that is a common occurrence, and shouldn't cost $170. I can handle a $50 part costing $100, but labor to install....over $400? My husband fixed my car in less than 15 minutes, and only cost us the cost of the $50 part. I get having excellent technicians to work on vehicles. My dad was a mechanic for several years. Most lawyers do not make $400/ hour. You might want to think about your labor costs.

They got my truck in quick and easy. I only had to wait 30 minutes for a tire patch even tho they were stacked. Shout out to Santi and Chris some of the best Lube Techs Harvest has seen and big thanks to Eli my Service Advisor for making everything super easy.
