Travelodge by Wyndham Cedar City

This is one of those incredibly rare gems with great pricing, amazingly kind staff, and one of the comfiest beds I've gotten to find in a hotel in quite some time! I stay in hotels frequently for work. It's rather secluded making it a much better place to rest than most of the nearby options. I had accidentally left a rather tiny object after I had checked out and when I called them asking about it they were prompt and retrieved it for me within just a few minutes! I was so grateful.

If you like squishy pillows and beds that you can sink into I highly recommend this place!! It's so beyond worth it. I had a truly wonderful stay here.

No frills but not expensive. Sometimes you just need a clean bed at an affordable price and this place fit the bill. Zero issues here.

Super easy to book room online. Love the pay later option. They charge a $50 deposit fee once check in. If room is left with no damage and clean they refund in five days. Room was clean, bed was amazing! The tub was so inviting!! The hotel is way out if town. Super quite stay. The area was beautiful!

Needed a room, though I didn’t need a reservation. To my surprise it’s the weekend of the Solar Eclipse in Utah. Every room is booked, for miles. By accident we found the Travel Lodge in Cedar City, Utah. This Hotel was perfect for what we needed. We travel with two dogs and there is room to walk them. The room was clean and without issues.Lynn was on the desk when we arrived, She made sure we were happy with everything. If you are traveling through Cedar City or in the area. In need of Lodging. I would check out The travel Lodge in Cedar City.

We travel with our dog & they are dog friendly. We found the staff to be very helpful & friendly. The room, 118, was basic but clean & comfortable. They supply shampoo & conditioner & the water pressure for the shower was great. It was quiet & centrally located for our trip. We felt very safe here. This is the second time we have stayed here & will probably stay again when travel through Cedar City.

Good value for the money. Easy access to freeway and pet friendly rooms with outside walking areas and space for large trucks or rvs. Rooms are clean and comfortable with nice sized refrigerator and microwave. AC and heater worked great. Nice quiet location with easy access to freeway, gas and travel stores for travellers.

Great experience here. Customer service was fantastic. The room was clean. This is a pet friendly site. Yet still very clean walking around the grounds. Nice hot water and strong spray in the shower. All in all I would recommend to others. DirecTV wasn't working but I was proactively given a credit and this shows the true mettle and integrity of a business when they are responsive to any issues.

Awesome hotel easy freeway access to great truckstops close by rooms are very clean and they are pet friendly. I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling I 15 in Cedar city.

Upon arrival of a unplanned stay the staff have been extra helpful. Room Is absolutely gorgeous clean and the bed is so comfortable. I read the reviews and you cant judge a book by its cover. I highly recommend this hotel through our travels to have found this hotel has been a huge blessing. Thank you to the staff for your awesome work. We feel at home here

I ended up staying here after a major car accident for 2 weeks. The owner was very friendly and helpful and made sure everyone adhered to safety precautions. She was also very accommodating during the duration of my stay and always made sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed.

The staff are friendly and very eager to help and provide any assistance you require.
The room was very clean when I checked in, and did an exceptional job during my stay as well! The room was comfortable and ammentities really good.

The hotel is near many stores and there are lots of options for take out/delivery. There is also a general store within walking distance that had just about everything a traveler may need.

I do have to mention the owner was really good at communicating. Case in point: after I had extended my stay several times, there was an expected price surge and occupancy was going to be full because of super bowel Sunday, and the owner made a point to give me a heads up so I wasn't blindsided!

They have definitely earned my future business it I am in the area in the future!

We were in Cedar City for a short visit and looked for good clean budget hotel. Our room was very simple, clean and fresh smelling. I am not saying this is a 5 star hotel. Maybe a 2.5 star, but for the money, it is a 5 star in my opinion.

The service was really nice the person at the desk, explained everything and was very professional. The place was near a gas station, and a main road, so if I needed anything it would be within reach. And the prices are really nice!

Great experience. I've stayed here twice driving across several states.

- Coffee maker with coffee packets in the room to brew a fresh pot in the morning.

- Microwave and fridge in the room!!!

- Both rooms I stayed in were clean and well maintained. No surprises.

- The management is stellar! I really appreciate their good attitude especially when I'm worn out from driving and my eyes are burning from being on the road so long. A friendly face goes a really long way!

- The price is only slightly higher than the lowest-bid competitor and fairly priced for the extra amenities.

We stayed here one night week of thanksgiving. Glen at the front desk took care of us and booked us a newly renovated room. It was clean and cozy. I love that there was hard floor instead of carpet and how clean it and new it felt. For a continental, breakfast was ample and delicious. I appreciated the variety and offering fresh fruit. Cheapest place in town and we definitely scored with the newly renovated room!

Stayed here for one night and we had no issues whatsoever. Simple and clean motel. They allowed my dog just fine and we’re going home happy. Thanks!

Glenn was the helper at the front desk. Let me tell you that Boy was he friendly. He had me try one of the newly remodeled rooms. Brand new with granite topped furniture and a full granite enclosure. New laminate flooring in the room. It was a very nice room. I was able to look at one of the older rooms, and although it was DATED, it was still in relatively good repair. Glenn did his best to make sure that our needs were cared for and he made us feel at home. Thanks! You have to check this newly remodeled rooms out. They are really nice. Just to let you know, not all of the rooms are done yet.

This was a very pleasant stay! In every room you have your own private large Jacuzzi tub! And after a long drive, it's amazing to just pamper yourself and get rid of all soreness..I would stop but there again in the future...it takes you back the way it use to be and the rooms are so reasonable and they are pet friendly!! Very clean and quiet!! 😃

Glen was so nice checking us into our room. This is prbly the nice cheapest room we've been to. Its better then the M star hotel that's also in Cedar. Anyways when we got to our room every thing was nice, clean and everything was intact unlike M-star. The bathroom was clean no hairs on the floor or pee stains on the toilet and the shower curtain was nice and white oh also the linens were nice thick and new. But the only thing the TV wasn't updated it was a box TV but hey who watches TV...everyone was on their phones. Other than that this was the nicest affordable inexpensive place to stay at! I'm happy I booked a room here at travelodge. We will be returning again.

This motel is great starting with the employees. Our check- in was quick and flawless. Our stay necessitated several extensions and James was very understanding each day I asked for another night. The location is at a little north of the city center with restaurants and gas close by. I found the rooms clean and organized, obviously the housekeepers do a great job. The price was the cheapest in town and I was pleasantly surprised by breakfast. I will deliberately come back here.

So this place is clearly no Ritz Carlton. The location isn't great, the breakfast was meager. But the fact that there was any breakfast at all, along with the exceptional customer service left me feeling like I got more than my money's worth for the very low price I paid (booked through Priceline). There was a minor problem with my room and I went to report it at the front desk. I made it clear that it didn't bother me and I was satisfied with the room. But he insisted on getting me another room. He put me in a little bit nicer of a room and I was afraid he was going to try to charge me extra for it but he didn't. Both rooms were very clean. I definitely recommend it if you are on a budget or looking for a bargain. If you need more than just a clean bed and a shower, go somewhere else but if you want a deal and to be treated with kindness and respect, this is a good place to stay.
