Dawne Hyde was absolutely wonderful to work with. We had recently lost our home to a wildfire in August and Dawne was compassionate, patient, and quickly found us exactly what we needed in order to move forward in our lives.

We had been looking at houses via Zillow and we're more in the process of warming up to the idea of having to take this next step. She did not make us feel like another "number" but rather someone who truly cared.

She was able to assist us with being able to have a closing date quickly, yet also allowing is to work with the family we were purchasing the home from to make their transition easier as well. Dawne had clear communication and made sure the sale went smoothly.

Dawne was a delight to work with, was a breath of fresh air, and was able to share in our joy during a rough time. Personally I am thankful for her, for the laughs, and for helping us get such a wonderful home.
