Fantastic little spot that we've been coming to since I was a kid in the 80's and 90's. The food is delicious and fairly priced, the service is quick and the employees are friendly, and the whole place has such nice retro vibe. These days I always bring my mom here for fries with gravy & root beer floats when she comes home to visit, and my husband and I stop in for little afternoon ice cream dates here and there. Thanks for the sweet memories, Twin Kiss!

Great staff, makes you feel welcome. Great choices for every wallet. Lots of burger options. The fried chicken is made to order unlike those chain fast food spots .

Ice cream options are great and remind me of the old school ice cream parlors. The shakes are too die for!

If you want fast food that doesn’t taste like chemicals come here. The food here is great and the atmosphere is something out of a different but pleasant time. The staff members are always friendly.

Grew up with the TK in Mt Joy which closed down years ago. Moved to Manheim a few months ago right down from the TK. It's like a taste of my childhood revisited in my 30s. Just like I remembered. You have to get a frosty mug of root beer with your meal! Food is great, staff is friendly. They'll keep getting my business :)

We preordered 2 buckets of fried chicken, 6 orders of fries, and cole slaw for our Christmas Eve dinner. We picked it up early because they closed early on Christmas Eve, and reheated it at home. Everything was done right on time, cooked to perfection, and the whole family of 10 was happy!

Stumbled upon this unique place for a quick bite and LOVED it! Good food, historical, and professional staff. I’ll be back.

When I was growing up, there was a Twin Kiss in our town and we loved it. Now the Manheim Twin Kiss is the only one I know still exists and we love to go there. It's nostalgic for me, especially when I get a frosted mug of Root Beer with my meal, then get ice cream or an ice cream sundae for dessert. The wait staff are nice and friendly. The food is good and the dining room is clean. It is family friendly.

This is the type of place that takes you back in time! Very cool little spot and the food was good. Sometimes it can be difficult to find vegan options but they delivered. My wife and I both ordered the vegan burger with lettuce, tomato and onions with pickles on the side. Food was prepared quickly (only gripe is the burger was a little undercooked) and was very good. Fries were crispy and hot!

Took my Grandson there for lunch after preschool. My daughter, Grandson and I enjoyed it. Grilled cheese for me, chicken tenders and French fries for them.

Only had ice cream and it was great, will definitely be back to try the food. Love the vibe and service

It's a cute like ice cream and dinner place! Very old finishing but we'll kept and neat! Food is always well cooked and tasty 😋! Also the ice cream is of course the best of all if ya got a sweet tooth like me haha! 😅😊

Nice small town feel. The burgers come plain but are tasty. The milk shakes are awesome. I enjoy the atmosphere. It's a small place with a lot to offer.

OMG Manheim Twin Kiss is the best in every way! My 6 year old son says: "🍰🤣🤪" which means, it's the best place for sweets! 10/10

This place is amazing! Prices a fantastic, food even better! Service was fast. And REAL rootbeer in a frosted mug! Staff are very friendly, and the best onion rings around! Just like a blast from my childhood! Good parking, eat in or take out. And Ice Cream!! I will be back for sure.1 year later, still a GREAT place to go!

What's not to like? Ask anyone who moved away. We have a great ice cream and burger place right here in town. But the menu goes way beyond burgers and fries!
Still have the great menu they always had but it expanded over the years. With the competition of new fast food, they still blow them away! The food is made to order so it's always fresh and warm! Those junk food places can go away for all I care!

The moment we walked in, it was as if we stepped back into the 1970s. The place was filled of happy smiling families and teenagers all enjoying their burgers and icecream....and the staff was so polite and friendly and THEY ALL SPOKE ENGLISH!!!!
I wish there were 6 stars but since there are only 5, that's what we'll give it. We ordered 2 cheese steaks and they came out hot and fresh in less than 10 minutes, served with a friendly smile by Logan the cashier. The meat was so tender and savory; I dont know which melted in my mouth first: the meat or the cheese? The bread was soft and fresh too. The sandwich was topped grilled onions and a delicious tomato puree.

Used Twin Kiss to cater our sons graduation party. We had meatballs, grilled chicken, homemade mac & cheese, taters and fruit salad. The food was awesome! Everyone asked where we got the food and commented how good it was. The kaiser rolls were already sliced which was a huge help! 😀
