Five stars because of the way they are. Shipping opens at 07:00 am.
Very strict trailer condition policy is in place.
If your trailer is not 100% top notch, chances are it will be rejected.
The load I picked up had three previous pickup attempts by other parties with "no up to standards" trailers. Kinda sad...
Clean place and easy to find. Checked in a few hours early and got a dock right away, loaded in less than one hour.
Have to slide tandems, chock wheels, disconnect and pull away. (Park across the way by the dropped trailers). Once loaded you'll get a call to hookup and pull up front and walk in the office to sign your bills and get trailer sealed by their staff.
Very nice lady at check in window. Great experience after all.💥🤩

We were only here a very short time. I was extremely impressed.

Ok alot of negative comments but my experience was different!! My appt time was for 8:30am got here at 0645 they open at 7am I got assigned a door at 7:15 got paperwork at 9:20am!! Just make sure your trailer is real clean with no bad odors or debri and it can't be wet cause it's a dry product!! No overnight parking but did see some trucks park on side streets, overall I'm pleased!!

Tons of room to maneuver. Plenty parking while waiting for loading. But make sure your trailer is clean and completely dry, or you'll have to wait till it is before loading.

Took me early, 1.5 hours to load and done at my appt time. Make sure trailer have no visible holes or leaks. Disconnect from trialer to get loaded

Easy place to make a delivery or picking up a load. Friendly staff. They do time stamp your BOL when picking up a load. One of those facilities that require you to drop your trailer in the dock while loading or unloading.

Check in it's at middle of the building, fill out paper with your info, get door and disconnect from trailer and wait for call when done and bills are ready. About 1hr to get loaded. Call main number before you get there to find out what building to go to, will save time.

Good place to get unloaded! I've been here atleast a dozen times. Never had any issues! Recieving office very kind! Dock personnel Fast! 2 thumbs up!!!

Amazing place to load. They loaded me a day early and in 30 min time to wow just amazing.

Kind and patient shipping and receiving clerk. They give you proper instructions, and just like every other warehouse where you dock, chock and disconnect, it took about 2.5hrs to get loaded on a Saturday morning.

Plenty of room to turn and back in. Restroom available

I am one of the original installer's of the load right dock cover's. I found the guard's to be very helpful & informative.

Good place to deliver I come 1 hr ahead of my appointment and they unloaded with in an hour
