I wish I would have asked the cashier's name, but she was excellent! I was greeted, asked to show ID and allowed to wonder and take a look...I eventually ended up asking her for help and she was amazing with what she recommended...thank you so much for making US feel comfortable and welcomed. Great customer service!!! ❤❤ Walked out with great product AND a free sample ☺

I went to the store unsure of what to get. I was looking to discover what I like or don't like. The lady who works there answered my questions and had great advice. I found great items and there was no awkwardness. Highly recommend. 👍🏻

Something every small town or big city needs. A very classy and comfortable adult boutique. The sales woman was personable and very helpful in a non pushy way which was perfect since we are kinda shy! And the selection covered all of our erotic inquiries and then some.

I love this place sometimes it can be pricey but sometimes they have great sales. Family And friends whose worked there over the past, Absolutely love the owner Tracy, not to be mistaken with the daughter Tracy. Whom can be quite a hassle to work with. Owner has Several years and experience in the industry, If you have no Idea what your looking for go here the woman will help you find what you need, most highly recommended place by far.

Staff was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. Store was clean, well stocked, and had a decent variety of new inventory. There are a few other stores in yakima of a similar nature, however, I've yet to experience a time where I have asked an employee a question, and was answered with anything besides "um, im not really sure what that does". The employees at this store are educated about the products they're selling.

The cashier Ana was super helpful, answering all our questions and helped us find exactly what we were looking for...I highly recommend this place!! We will be back for more!! Very satisfied with the customer service.

Great place! Sales help was Awesome. She was knowledgeable, suggested new products and turned on all the toys! Which was perfect, since we all hate buying something and having it turn out to be a dud! Not to mention VARIETY! Plus tons of lingerie. What a good you store should be!!

Store is well stocked and a wide variety. The lingerie section is pretty decent. Staff was super helpful.

The girls in there are awesome. Found some great new stuff to work with. Its clean, prices are a little spendy than what I'm used to but I overall like the place!

Christmas Eve and it was busy with men buying lovely gifts for their women. I got myself some stockings. They were reasonably priced and nice looking!

Excellent selection. No creep factor for a woman browsing here and the staff is helpful , knowledgeable about their products and helpful without it being weird. Lack of creep factor is the best thing though.

Very helpful when I asked for help, and let me browse and see what I might want on my own, sometimes it's a little uncomfortable being in a store like that. But i felt very comfortable
