I have been a member at First Tech for many years. It is good to be greeted by my name when entering. The staff is always very friendly and helpful no matter what business I have to conduct. I would highly recommend using First Tech Federal Credit Union for all your banking needs.

Fantastic, personal bank and branch. I've been with first tech for a decade, and their rates and service are still always the best. Highest interest rates paid on savings, lowest HELOCs, and going into this branch feels like going into your own private bank, it's a great experience.

I've been dealing with identity theft for 2-years now and somewhere in the U.S. someone opened an account with First Tech FCU under my wife's name. I called the bank manager Jaime Valdez and he was OUTSTANDING!!! First, he answered the phone, unlike other institutions I've had to deal with. Secondly, he was courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. If you're looking for customer service this is the place. Luckily, First Tech identified the fraudulent account and prevented any loss on my end.

Visited branch to set up a new membership hoping to establish a long lasting relationship. However, first impression was poor to say the least. Had to make several phone calls to branch in order to obtain information that should have been given by staff in a timely manner.

This is the best bank that I've ever worked with with very great customer service good perks on loans and they do a very thorough job helping out with any of your needs. No ridiculous fees on their services. Very knowledgeable staff. Of the many banks I've had their quality of service far surpasses any others.

I've been with First Tech F. C. U. since they been at the HP site, and before that with Addison Avenue and before that.
I'm retired from HP and seldom need to go on site but the few times I've gone in my issues were resolved quickly and painlessly.
Since I can use ATMs from a variety of Co-Op Surcharge free ATMs I never have issue getting cash. If I do use an normal bank ATM my charges are reimbursed if I meet the condition set out.
I'm quite happy

This is where I do they majority of my banking. The staff here is outstanding. Never better!! They pay higher than average interest on checking and savings accounts, and offer low interest rates on loans.

Friendly staff, prompt assistance, well maintained and just generally a pleasant experience. If you are standing in line (always short) you will be greeted, asked what you need done and helped at a desk if the people in the front are busy, or if it's something more personal.

First Tech helped with an auto loan refinance. The process was fast and easy. Jose was very helpful and personable.
