I rarely write reviews unless a place is really outstanding and impresses me. Having been here several times in the past few months, this place qualifies. It's a local hangout with the friendliest group of characters I have ever seen. They make a stranger really feel welcome. Their prices are very reasonable across the board. The first time I was there I questioned the amount of my bill because I thought they forgot to charge me for something. I didn't want them to cheat themselves out of something. No, it was spot on. The food is very good, and the staff is top notch and hustles their butts off.

Pleasantly uplifting time here. Definitely one of them local places where everyone seems to know everyone else. Lots of laughter and good times going on. Food was great and service was prompt and friendly. Will be going back soon. Nice place to unwind after a long week

Great bar, best in the state in my opinion. Mo and i and our circle always love the great eats and variety of beers and mixed drinks. The best bartenders/cooks are crystal, Julie, jasmine, Becky.& jen. Keep up the good work girls. You are the Best

A nice place for good food, friendly folks and good music.

Great place to eat, drink, and relax with friends. The owners and staff are very nice folks that work hard to make their patrons feel at home.

The bar is nice The atmosphere is great with the locals. I was there on a Wednesday evening. They had steak for 16.95 and live music. Great place to hang out.

We love the steak for 2 special on Wednesday nights! There's also entertainment with no cover at the door, but they do add .25 to alcoholic drinks during that time.

If you are looking for a welcoming bar atmosphere with good bar food, the North Mountain Inn on Route 74 North from Carlisle is well-worth the out-of-the-way stop. Car enthusiasts come to Carlisle for the many shows. Most focus their bar/dining experiences in Carlisle. Consider the North Mountain Inn.

Waitress/bartender was great even though she had a boot on her foot from her breaking it!

Found this place after moving to Carlisle pa and my wife and I love it here! Great service great food and fun. There is always some sort of entertainment, music and such.
