Stopped in at Carlisle cadillac on Saturday looked at a few vans. Had to come back on Tuesday for test drive and figure on the numbers due to working Saturday and didn't have time to stay. Had Frank at the service shop do an alignment on my 70 Chevy and had them check all the torque settings on the new suspension. Guys did an purstanding job. Got everything better than original. He also installed my rear coil spacers which was not an easy job. Car has the perfect stance now

Will explained my warranty in detail but in "laymen's terms." He highlighted what I needed to know. Recently I went into Carlisle Cadillac in reference for a car for my son. Unfortunately things didn’t work out the way I had hoped in the end I had to leave a review on the salesman Joe Jacobs. Probably one of the most personable and cheerful people I’ve come across in my life honestly. Seemed like a very genuine person who cared and understood our situation. I would definitely recommend him to help you along the way.

Marcus was a terrific salesman and person! The deal was made quickly and smoothly. Marcus was very knowledgeable on the vehicle. The vehicle was sent to the shop to be checked then onto detailing. It was a very pleasant experience. We didn’t stay while it was being detailed, so the next day Marcus was off and Tyler took over. He was very professional and he went over everything again with us. Everyone was professional and personal. We have no negative statements.

I’ve recently bought a car with this dealership. I worked with Joe Jacob’s. He is a great salesman and excellent to work with. If I need to buy another vehicle I will be coming back!

TL;DR: Ask for the salesman Joc Grant, energy and vibe are unmatched, not a pushy salesman, and respectable salesman ethics.

On October 1, 2022, my father and I came to Carlisle Cadillac Buick GMC for the Toyota Camry. Our salesman, Joc Grant, energy and vibe is unmatched by any other salesman in our car buying journey. Although we did not make an appointment, he ensured to treat us as if we did—giving us his full attention. As he took us as a walk-in, we told him he was more than welcome to help his scheduled client as we were waiting for the fiance manager to finalize our car purchase. We felt so much regret that we did not make an appointment so that his scheduled client could go through the same experience we did. He did not hesitate to pass on his client to another salesman. He insisted that he provides us with the full experience with him.

Grant is a very enthusiastic and personable salesman that made the entire process and experience like no other. As stated by Grant, he does not expect every person that walks through the doors that they're here to buy a car which instantly made him not your typical pushy salesman trying to pressure you. He put forth his effort into making us comfortable with our purchase, as is; no bait and switch.

My father and I had a great conversation with Grant getting to know him outside his role as a salesman. He educated us about the current car industry and market. Overall, Grant is a well-rounded, honest, and trustworthy individual. From his distinguishing characteristics as a salesman to his respectable salesman ethics, look no further and make an appointment with Grant! Unfortunately, since I cannot give any more stars than 5, I hope this review counts as a sixth star.

I used the service department three times and every time they were prompt, honest, and a great value. I did both routine service and warranty work and if I was still in the area I would go here for maintenance.

They genuinely care that youre a chevy/GMC/cadillac customer. Bought my car from a chevy dealership in a different state, so they didnt have to care as much as they do. Twice now they have gotten me in same day to remedy issues with my vehicle. (When other dealerships either dont answer the phone, return calls, voice-mails, or messages taken by their team).Then they go to the ends of the earth to have it fixed the same day and provide reassurance they will be there the next time too. Highly recommend over ALL other dealerships.

Everyone was so kind. And quickly took care of everything so that I could drive my new car home that night. Smooth purchase experience Great teamwork!

I appreciate all the work that they did for me to get mine new car. They went far above what is expected. They didn't try to push me away. They saw the trouble I was having to get into my next car. It is a great dealership to go to. I will always be grateful for their help.

I had a battery issue the first week I purchased the vehicle. They reimbursed me for the battery and replaced the thermostat.
