The office administrator is very sweet, fair, and great at communicating with her clients. The prices are fair and auto pay makes for a very simple payment process. I only took away one star because one of my units had a little moisture problem. This is to be expected since we had such a wet spring in our area. In the future I would just add a box of baking soda to the unit or one of those damp-rid buckets from the hardware store.

Not very accessible for bigger vehicles and the rates are higher than most places like it. Plus they make u use certain types of locks or rent one from them
