Firehouse Subs Carlisle Commons

Absolutely everything we ordered today was perfect. We both ordered The Hook and Ladder. We like the way the subs come warmed. I took my 2 daughters and my sons in law the last time we were here. They loved it. Fire fighters get a free combo.

This was my first time getting food here. I HIGHLY recommend this sub shop!

I feel Firehouse subs are so slept on. It's hands down some of the best subs you can eat. The quality of the bread alone is worth it. The staff of this particular FHS are so nice that I go out of my way to eat here.

Our sandwiches were just great! The young ladies working were very engaging with the customer as they prepared our order. I ordered 2 custom sandwiches, pastrami & ham. Both delicious! The store was very well lit & clean with ample parking.

I was greeted kindly as soon as I walked in.
The staff is very helpful with suggestions and sizing. Ive never felt rushed when I order in store, the atmosphere is great. The store is also very clean and well lit. My new favorite lunch spot when I work in Carlisle.

This place was a nice change from Subway, Jersey Mikes or Jimmy Johns. My partner got the Smokehouse Beef and Cheddar brisket, which he said was delicious. I got the small Italian sub on wheat with an interesting creamy mustard dressing. (I learned that Italian subs taste much better on Italian bread.) Each sandwich comes in a wrapped dill pickle spear, which prevents any cross contamination. What I liked best about Firehouse Subs was their mission and the atmosphere of the shop. There is a definite nod to first responders, and that theme can be found throughout the shop. The kazillion flavored Coke machine was a delightful bonus. While sub shops seem to be a dime a dozen these days, the friendly service and the atmosphere puts this one a bit ahead of the pack. I hope they put one closer to my neighborhood.

Everybody in our group enjoyed their sandwich. Service was fast and friendly. The seating area was clean. Food was hot and tasted good.

First time at a Firehouse Subs. I had a hot steak and cheese sub and was not disappointed. Plenty of meat and the medium filled me up. Glad did not order a large, I may not have been able to finish it. Loved the decor and the staff here were super friendly promptnwith our order. I woild definitely recommend you give them a try. I know I will be back to try some other items on the menu.

Nice staff and delicious subs. I tried the meatballs sub and it was out of this world. I’ll be back soon to try more of their subs. One note: their subs look so much better in reality than the pictures on the menu.

Came in about 13 minutes before closing like a jerk. They were still very happy to serve me, seemed to enjoy their job which is a reflection of good leadership. Food was good as well. I’ll definitely return.

Food is mouthwatering delicious, sweet tea is amazing and their employees are really kind and professional.

We stopped and got the beef brisket, which was full of flavor and juicy and just down right amazing! Getting hungry just writing about it!

The person at the counter who made our food was super positive, great attitude, personable and very fast. Even put the large sub in separate containers, which helped keep my clothes clean, bc I can't seem to eat and not wear my food when it's messy.

Definitely excited to try many other foods from this place!

Oh and if you like southern sweet tea, the cup I had was absolutely delightful!

I've always enjoyed the subs at Firehouse. The folks here were pleasant and I received my order quickly.

Great. Friendly & efficient staff. Nice food. Didn't dine in but from what I could see everything was clean & orderly. A little pricey but not out of the ordinary for a well made sub/meal.

I had my first experience with a Firehouse Subs restaurant today at lunch and they definitely get a five star review. My sandwich was made to order and was perfectly delicious. The new management has made the place spotless and the staff was super friendly and efficient. Can't wait to go back and get a bigger sandwich next time.

The food is great and the staff is wonderful. Far better than the old management that was there previously. Would recommend this firehouse to everyone I know!

Always good, Count on a warm environment and a great experience. Food is always good. Eat in or take out, sports a great cause and fills you up. All the Subs are good, Try the Firehouse Chili! It's a exceptional experience on its own. For no good reason get a Pickle Bucket, it's fun! ( It's a 5 gallon bucket but it goes to a good cause)

Awesome sandwiches! You can also purchase 5 gallon pickle buckets for 3 dollars each. Proceeds go to charity or fire rescue.

Got subs for my boys and they both said they are very good and better than Subway. Sorry didn't get a picture but will update next time with one. The large is big so you will possibly have leftovers😊 The pickle that came with the sub was sooo good. We will definitely be going back again. Fast service too and you can order online:)

I got the turkey bacon ranch and it was really good! The size you get for the price is also awesome. I don’t agree with some of the negative comments stating the rudeness of the employees— i was greeted and promptly served. The only issue with the customer service is that they did not share a smile, but other than that, Winford was knowledgeable with the menu when i had asked many questions! Keep up the good work :)

The staff was really pleasant and friendly. Clean. I got a brisket sub with LTO and it was fantastic. A little pricy but worth it for good staff and food.
