BMW of the Main Line

I was searching for a very particular combination of options on a new X5 and thus was working with a number of dealers in different states. My salesman Michael recognized I was a serious buyer and expertly cut to the chase to give me what I needed to make an informed decision. There was a sticking point in the negotiation around the interest rate, and while the dealership couldn’t offer me the rate I wanted, they gave me more on my trade to offset the difference. We closed the deal on the phone and drove up the next day to pick up the car. Michael, Johnathan and the entire staff made us feel very welcome and we enjoyed the experience.

I just wanted to take a minute to rate my recent experience at BMW on the mainline in Bala Cynwyd. As you can see I gave it 5 Stars. Here is why, I had a very smooth process from beginning to end. More specifically I would like to give high praise to my salesman, Lou Whitener. Not only was she extremely genuine and patient but also a true professional. I did not walk in to BMW with the intent on leaving there with a new vehicle, but the more time that I spent talking to Lou about my situation at that time the more inclined I became. Lou was very knowledgeable and did not rush me to make a decision. Her approach is quite relaxing and there was no pressure from her at all. After doing my homework and shopping around I knew the deal that I needed to make things work for me.
At no time did I have to go to the mat with Lou to get that deal. She found a way to make it work in my favor and I couldn't have asked for much more than that, so she sit down at the computer and help me build my brand new X4. Not only did I get to leave BMW with a brand new BMW X4 330i, but I also left with my dignity still in tact and the ability to be satisfied with my pricing. Thank you Lou!

First-time buying experience at BMW of the Main Line and I cannot say enough about Sarah, who was helpful, kind and professional. I had stopped in to check out a 330i I saw online but ended up loving a 530i that was almost ready for sale. I wanted to put a deposit down to hold the car but was told of the first-come, first-served policy (which makes sense to keep things fair for all of the Client Advisors there). Sarah kept me well-informed of the car’s status throughout the week as it moved through detailing, etc. The car is so beautiful and drives like a dream! I am so happy with the purchase and highly recommend Sarah for an easy and pleasant experience!

Great customer service, Fast repairs, professional service, everything was explained to me prior to repairs being completed and even set a video of all the repairs that needed to be completed. I recommend BMW on the Main Line always.

I rarely go to dealerships but needed work done fast & this was the only place open on a Saturday.

After being serviced by Alex, I'm actually considering coming back. He gave me the full rundown of my vehicle from things that are perfectly fine, need service soon, and definitely need service now. Super transparent & even recommended some great suggestions for some aftermarket parts down the road.

I had an amazing time at this location. To be honest, I contacted the day before and they were able to get me in right away, so my appointment was last-minute. They took the time to diagnose the serious problem I was having with my car and to present me with a number of options on how to proceed. They even made the effort to get in touch with my warranty company on my behalf to find out what would be covered. Conveniently, they also took the time to wash my car. My customer service agent was really knowledgeable and a big help.

I checked out three different BMW dealers before buying my most recent BMW. BMW of the Main Line was consistently very responsive and very pleasant to deal with. I never felt pressured into making a decision. My sales associate, Sarah, was great to deal with up to and including delivering my car and getting the car set up for me. I highly recommend them!

I recently bought a used X3 with Andrew Wilkes, and had a great experience. Andrew was professional, well informed and overall a pleasure to work with. I was looking for a specific package and color combo, which took months of me watching inventory and months of Andrew being patient and answering my many questions.

Had a very pleasant car buying experience buying my 5 Series. Sweet straight forward and to the point. No games or gimmicks.
