Panera Bread

What a wonderful experience we had last week at dinner time. We had stopped in for a quick dinner and got the kids some sandwiches. The GM was making her rounds and checked on our table. She quickly realized the staff had made our "kid sandwiches " incorrectly with spicy mustard. She quickly resolved the problem and brought out new food. The kids quickly ate the sandwiches with now complaints which saved dinner time. Thank you!

We stopped for breakfast on a trip. The cashier that took our order- Marilyn (on the receipt) was so nice and friendly. The restaurant and bathrooms were very clean. Our breakfast sandwiches were cooked perfectly. I would definitely stop here again. Was also an easy on and off from Route 81.

This was the best Panera experience in any state I’ve been in since before Covid. We ordered through the app from our table. There was a problem with the order not translating correctly and we were missing one of the two orders. The manger without skipping a beat said “ go ahead and make her order correctly!”. They delivered it to my table with such a pleasant manor. The food was great, the service professional and pleasant. We will remember and stop again when passing through.

What a Panera day for us! Lots of road travel it’s becoming our go to road trip stop- solid food, clean environment pleasant people - win win win! The mango lemonade was a great pick me up!

Conveniently located right off I-81. Friendly staff. Often busy but they do a great job of getting your order to you. Nice selection of food...and best place to stop for regular coffee or fancy coffee drinks, tea (hot or cold), and sweet treats.

We had a big order and while I was waiting for it, my three yearn old son was wandering around, bored. One of the employees (maybe a manager?) offered him a cookie. I thought she wanted me to pay for it, so I told her we already had one in our order. Then she offered him a fruit cup. I said okay, and she handed it to him for free, followed by an apple juice. She didn’t expect me to pay for either.

My husband is a professor of marketing and consumer behavior and teaches that this is the EXACT kind of mentality that will give you repeat customers. He’s right! I will be going back!! ☺

This location is great! The mac and cheese is great! I got 3 orders. Very rich and cheesy! One of the three was a little burnt and seemed less than the other 2 but we ordered too much anyways so all is good. My hubby loved the bbq chicken flatbread sandwich I randomly picked for him too! Even I thought it looked and smelled delicious and I dont like flatbread sandwiches! We came 30 mins before they closed and the experience was very welcoming ! Thanks Alot!!

Of all the panera locations in the area, this one is the quickest and friendliest. The food is well prepared and delicious.
I am a member of the sip club and I like that I can use a kiosk to quickly order my drink. I've never had to wait, so that makes it a breeze. When a drink is out, I've never had any issues getting fresh made quickly. No matter which employee is told, someone attends to it right away with a smile.
I'm not sure if it's management or the employees, but it's noticeable how much friendlier this location is than the Camp Hill and Mechanicsburg locations. Thank you for a relaxing pick-me-up spot.

It was so sunny and cool we decided to sit outside to chat and relax. Thanks to Panera for realizing we want to enjoy the sunny days while we can. It was a busy day for Panera because everyone knows everything is tasty at Panera.

Our dinner was ready quickly and was delicious.

Panera never disappoints. Breakfast was great, hot, and tasty. The hazelnut coffee is very flavorful without anything added.

Good. Fast. Predictable. I had the chicken broccoli teriyaki bowl

Great place to get your work done business, school, or work related. I personally like the fireplace in the middle. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Open feeling with lots of windows 🪟 when you walk in the door.

My daughter and I visit this location frequently and have always been happy with them. Tonight we placed an order for pickup, but got home and found a couple of problems, so called the store. The manager was apologetic and went above my expectations to make it right. During this pandemic, and being short staffed, she still made customer service priority one, which was much appreciated. We were already regulars and she ensured we stay that way. Thank you, Holly!

Restaurant was extremely busy during lunchtime on a weekday. Employees were rushing to get orders completed and very apologetic. Food still came out great and tasted delicious! All the employees are very friendly, especially towards my 2 year old son. Love this Panera location

Stopped here to kill some time today while my car was getting a new tire. Very inviting as soon as we walked in. A manager greeted us and was very polite. We ordered our food- chicken tortellini and a strawberry caprese salad. Let me just say this, the food was AWESOME! Would recommend that meal to anyone. Great meal deal price as well. $16 fed my husband and I. Pasta, salad, french bread, iced and hot coffee. Can't beat the price and quality. Clean restaurant. Best panera I've ever been to. Will be returning.
