This company is the BEST. High pay rate and they worked with me when other agencies kept giving me empty promises. They keep it up front and honest. I have already recommended them to other people looking for great care from an honest company. Reading the reviews and baring witness to some of the foolishness they deal with at the office, those reviews are totally false and made up. They are Good. I guarantee if you go with them, you will find HOME. Thanks Care First 🥇

My mother was with an agency that did not do anything they said they would, Promised high rates, and Bonuses that the previous agency never gave.

My 92 year old mother has been cared for by the great staff at Care First for some time now. Ronique, Aisha, Margaret and Massa have been wonderful and I don't know what we would do without them. They make mom laugh and smile and have been so good for her! They treat her with kindness and respect and truly care about her well-being. I cannot say enough good things about them and those in charge at Care First. I have always received prompt responses from management and any issues have been resolved quickly. I’ve been with this company 8 years and let me just say I love them !!! Yes my family had a couple hipcus with them before well so we though and switch to another agency and let me just say after trying other agencies out we ran back nobody treats my parents like carefirst nursing and trust me my parents are not easy !! So idk why I am seeing bad reviews they pay holiday pay they pay vacation time and a half etc I am not going to put my salary up but it’s ok !!! Also when we have a problem they have our back they have became more like family to us !! Natasha the manager knows how to do her job and the other manager Mimi is my favorite because if I have a problem with anything and I mean anything she helps me out even when it has nothing to do with her job like giving me advice etc so come on over to care first nursing !!!

Oh my God! This agency helps you from start to finish, I came in and knew nothing about the services that my grandmother could receive and they informed me and on top of that walked me through the whole process from start to finish which took four months. They stayed on top of things, they followed up with county assistance when I couldn’t get in touch with anybody. I could not ask for a better agency. On top of that they pay one of the highest rates and believe me I have called so many agencies to make sure and overtime on top of that. I get holiday pay vacation pay I am so pleased with what I’ve heard. It took me a long time to even except the services for my grandmother and to have an agency like them behind me, I feel so relieved and blessed 😇. Thank you CARE FIRST Staff🙏🙏🙏🙏

Care First Nursing is the best home care agency there is hands down!!!! What I like most about the company is the warming hearts of all the staff. Best rates, best staff, everything you could ask for. They even give out supplies to their caregivers and participants. During the Covid pandemic when we were not even able to get out of the house they brought supplies to my mother and father. They also teamed up with a local nonprofit who was able to deliver free groceries. They have helped us tremendously and we are so thankful for them.

Me and my brother switched my Mom here and it was the best decision we made regarding her care. We are not just another patient, they have gone out of their way to help up. We are grateful for them.

Very reliable, i highly recommend the agency . I have been with them for the past two years and had no problems. They have been delivering PPE to our home since the pandemic began . No interuption in caregiver paychecks even through such difficult times.

There is no boss and employee culture here . we all perform our responsibilities to the best of our capabilities . Before tarnishing the reputation of the company that has been build on pure hard work , kindly reach out to me . As an advice to other agencies who write fake reviews just to bad mouth Care First, there are other options to a healthy competition .

I been with carefirst for 9 years and they been the best ..they are strict on finding good care for you love ones and they make sure that each cna or hha are fully screen ...for safety and health issues..Carefirst are like family...and will provide professional care for each family that joins us.
