Allen who assisted me with a return and a purchase was the best. He couldn't be more helpful. He went above and beyond to help me with heavy lifting and assured I got the maximum benefit with my rewards. He is an asset who assured my Kohl's experience was 100% positive. Love Kohl's due to great products, quality and value and because of employees like him. Thank you.

Store was great, items were numerous, and the associates were friendly and helpful. I went in to buy some socks and found the exact pair of slacks in the color I wanted and a great top both on sale. I love this store, I can always get what I want and the associates are willing to help you find whatever it is you need.

My checkout clerk, Diane, was a genuinely nice woman. She talked about my purchases that day, broke down my savings with my Kohl's card and was a absolute delight.

The shelves are a bit of a mess but the store associates appear to be doing their best. Need more checkout staff on Sundays, not sure what they were thinking putting a handful of poor folks out there to deal with the Sunday shopping tidal wave that comes in. I implore you to please offer more support to your weekend staff. Burn out as a retail associate is a constant danger and frustrated customers will take it out on cashiers.

I had a great time shopping at Kohl's on 11/22/23. The Cashier that waited on me was funny and he really made me feel great about shopping there at this time. Whenever I go back, I hope that I will have him as my Cashier again.

Different brands, discounts and good services makes this place great! I love their return policy and discounts. They have something for everyone. Now a days I visit this location of kohl’s because they are return location for Amazon! You don’t have to print a level or you don’t need a box 📦. Handover your items to the associate works at Amazon return counter. And you know something really cool is, you get 35% discount on any item you purchase at kohl’s! Isn’t it cool?

I highly recommend the Haverford store. I was assisted by 2 very kind and helpful employees, Mark and a lovely woman whose name regretfully I did not ask. In addition to helpful employees, the store is clean and very tidy, easy to find what you’re looking for.

Had a wonderful shopping experience and purchased all items on sale. My cashier was great as well as a gentleman that helped me to my car and put my purchases in my trunk. I highly recommend the Havertown Kohls store.

Havertown Kohls is a great store. Helpful floor staff and if you need real customer service from the "help desk," try to get Genevieve.....she listens, takes her time to find you discounts you never knew you had. Remarkable customer service!!

I love Kohl's. I think that people overlook Kohl's great prices. As a plus size woman Kohl's provides a large variety of name brand and quality clothing. I always leave with a bag or two. I love their clearance racks, Kohl's Cash, and coupons. Great to see a plus size mannequin in Kohl's ❤
