If you want this service to work for you you have to show up in person to get the ball rolling. If you find yourself relying on phone and mail no fruit will bear. They will drop the ball by sending you half the necessary forms, it seems every other week they take some kind of break. My wife has been trying to get help for what seems six months. They don't answer thier phones, they don't call you back. I understand they are busy. But they just leave parents hanging on waiting for nothing to ever happen. You have to show up and kick thier pants in gear

D.C.I.U uses contractors (Able Group inc. )that have employees with criminal backgrounfs and can't pass a background check. I think they should re-evaluate their procedures and keep safety a top priority .

horrible work environment, hostile people... board and execs are corrupt, board keeps ignoring the complaints... public is invited to investigate how dciu keeps hiring/paying excess monies to their corrupt side businesses.
if you are planning to work here, stay away...
