The customer service was exemplary. From the young lady who gave us a warm welcome, the 2 young men that helped us with our selection, the associate who blessed us with a discount 😀, and the pleasant cashier. Alteree was very helpful. He didn't have the size we needed for a gift in stock. He quickly set up a delivery and also set up a nice photo for us to take and give to the recipient. The Chucks came as promised and on time!

This location of Foot Locker is located at the corner of 69th and Chestnut Street. Very nicely organized and updated product collection. Staff working in the store are enthusiastic about helping customers with their products. Me and my son love to buy our stuff from this store. Keep up the great work.

Went into this footlocker in search of an shoe on Monday March 21st that Ive been looking all over the city for and couldn’t find I was by 69th street and stoped by the footlocker and oh man I found what I was looking for thanks to Gilberto sales associate he’s the best got my size in 2.5 seconds confirmed the size was the one I wanted and really made my day so much better and faster and a very polite young man , also thanks to the manager jade got me in and out the door with my transaction in 1 minute loved that Made sure I was helped correctly and accordingly thanks to her managing skills I could tell all the employees were on their A game well dressed and representing .

I had a great experience 😌 Leroy was very helpful. My mom appreciated the was he took his time to help n didnt stop until she was happy with her purchase. We will be back 🤗

Just great all the way around! Great employees, well trained and very knowledgeable about anything you ask about in the whole store from kids sneakers to adult sneakers to all the clothing. They can tell me if they have a certain size sneaker by just me asking...they never have to go check and have me waiting for 20 minutes just for a answer. I've always shopped at footlocker as a young adult with no kids but now I have 2 big boys (14&16 plus 2 step kids...same ages) and I still always go straight to foot locker for their sneakers and certain clothes they need. Love love love this store! I wish every store would take a cue from these guys cause I would like to shop a lot more if every store made it this easy. I'm a customer for life...sorry for the torture from my picky 14yr old though but u guys always handle him so professionally and he likes the way u guys always joke around with him cause his feet are so big at his age. Awesome customer service always have smiles and greet you the minute you walk through the door and stay very close the whole time ur shopping but are not annoyingly asking u questions the whole time but the minute I need something all I have to do is turn around and one of your employees is standing there just waiting to help us. It's almost like getting a personal shopper the minute you walk through the door and that's just awesome and so helpful. I need we have to go looking for someone to help me out for 20 minutes then wait another 20 minutes just for a answer. Just ready and waiting to help us at any given moment and with my picky kids and myself that's just so helpful. They're always so patient with us no matter how many different sneakers we want to try on or whatever and I know we have to be annoying to them at some point but they never get discouraged in front of us and never get annoyed and walk away they are just great all the way around. Thank you guys for being so nice, patient and able to help my picky family! I really appreciate the way your employees handle themselves and my kids. Keep the ones you have and get more great employees and they all deserve raises just for the way they handle themselves and my kids. I know they don't make a lot but they definitely deserve some kind of reward if not raises. Give them something because they all deserve it for real! Ask them what they want din but they deserve something if they can't get raises. Please give these amazing human beings something. Even at Christmas time when I dread shopping anywhere I don't mind going into foot locker. It's the only store I look forward to shopping in anymore and it's all because of the service the employees give me every time I walk in the door. They're never to busy to spend the time they need to with every customer. Honestly I don't even know how they do it and get it done but they do it every single time no matter what time of day or is it what time of year it is they are just Awesome!

Actually it was excellent! Miss Kelchi my cashier makes even better and my daughter pretty much enjoyed the experience.

I’ve never actually made a purchase here but they do have a pretty good selection of sneakers and I would definitely purchase from here in the near future.
