I cannot thank Advanced Drain & Plumbing enough! They saved me $20,000!!!! I had my HVAC/Plumbing contractor come out when my basement toilet overflowed. The contractor told me I have several breaks in my sewer line and had to replace it all from street into my home, which would have involved ripping up my family room. I then had another drain service company ( the one we all know) come out and they claimed I had break in a completely different location than the previous company but yet again an expensive repair. I was completely confused as to what I needed and how much of a loan I would need to handle these huge repairs. I then called a local company, Advanced Drain & Plumbing and they cameraed my entire sewer line and found NOTHING! Literally NOTHING! Advanced Drain & Plumbing saved me THOUSANDS!!!! They are my new go to for reputable plumbing diagnostic & repair. I cannot be more grateful! This is a real review by a Springfield resident! Tommy was our technician who is just the best!!! Thank you so much!!!

This is my second time with Advanced and I can't speak highly enough about my experiences. From Melissa and Judy, who crush it in the office and scheduling, to the technicians on staff who are consummate pros, everyone is a rockstar. My experience is always always always painless, timely, professional and all work performed to beat expectation. I can't recommend them enough and I think you should use them too!!!

From the begining, Advanced was super communicative, friendly, prompt and great at their job. Superior service was provided and I was comfortable and informed every step of the way. I would use them for any service of this kind regardless of home warranty coverage or not. This is the go to company choice for Delaware county and these are definitely the pros you want to help with all things plumbing/water related. Would rate 7 stars if possible!

Michelle in the office is AMAZING and reached out to me (from her personal line) after hours and on the weekend just to give me updates on what became a challenge in completing the job. This was to no fault of the company and they finished everything in a very efficient manner. The employees are truly well-trained and provide a high level of customer service. I was really impressed with the customer service. The technician, Steve, was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and kind during what could be a stressful situation. Any time you are dealing with costly areas of the home such as plumbing and sewer lines, it could be extremely worrisome. I was thankful to find out great news about the lines and Steve even took his time to explain how to maintain them. I definitely would recommend this company!

I had an issue with my water heater and Craig came out and diagnosed the problem and set up the repair for the following morning. Danny came out and installed the necessary parts and everything is working perfectly!! They did a great job and I will definitely be using them again!!

Professional team providing honest quotes and ingenious solutuions to my problem. Another company said I had to tear down walls, door and hvac duck work to do this repair. These guys figured out a worked around it and got it done with no damages anywhere!

Had to navigate warranty company and the responsive office manager helped to reduce the lag time between getting the necessary approvals and coordinating a team to my house on the same DAY!

When they left my house, the crew made sure to tidy up. The area was cleaner than before the incident.

I would recommend this company whole heartedly! They came to unclog a kitchen drain on a Saturday evening and arrived within 40 minutes of placing the call! I was amazed when I got the first text message reporting their location and then the 2nd text came in to say they were 6 minutes away. They arrived, introduced themselves, got the details, and started to work. Done in about 30 minutes. Thank you Advanced Drains & Plumbing Repairs!

If I could give a 10 star review I would. We are so appreciate of Craig and his teams work and dedication. They were able to open a major "slag" clog on a sewer line that was missed by several inspectors on a recent home purchase. We cannot thank this man enough for what he did for us. If anyone is looking for a technician, don't look any further. He saved us from possibly having to open up walls and floors on our home.

We had an ongoing leak in our basement coming from the 2nd floor bathroom- we got in touch with Advanced Drains through out home owner's insurance-- our insurance company was pretty terrible to work with-- but that is not what this review is about-- once we finally got Advanced Drains out they were able to diagnose the problem right away and send in the service order. Despite the fact that the insurance company did a terrible job following up with us and next steps (again,not the review for this post!), Advanced Drains was great, they made sure we had all the information and sent out a great tech (Hey Dan! & I'm sorry I didn't catch the other guy's name!) and worked quickly, efficiently, and kept the place pretty clean. I would definitely recommend them. They followed covid guidelines, were respectful and so easy to work with. And Shauna (who answered the phone when I called) was great too! Thank you guys!

When all else fails call Advanced Drains, or maybe just call them first! Had some sluggish drains and drains that were blocked and tried to clear unsuccessfully with chemicals and then snaking, but what advanced drains have is the hydro jet which did an excellent job of cleaning out the difficult to clean drains. They also did an excellent job of replacing a bathroom faucet. Highly recommend this company.

Craig serviced my sewer line, did a camera diagnostic, saw the problem and worked until he cleared it out. He went above and beyond his job & cleaned up the sewage in the basement.
