Kirk & team are great. He came out immediately after my hot water burst all over the basement floor. He had a new one hooked up and everything cleaned within hours of my call. 6 months later, I thought the same thing happened. Kirk was very responsive and out to inspect the issue within hours.....wasn't the hot water heater but AC issue which he fixed as well. We had a hot water tank emergency on night. I called Kirk and he came out the same night to look at the problem. Within minutes, Kirk diagnosed the issue correctly and advised us how to remedy the problem. The next morning, he and his team were on site to remove the hot water tank, went to Home Depot to pick up the new water tank, and installed it, correctly. Kirk was kind, knowledgeable, understanding, and efficient. I am happy to say he is my plumber now! I would refer him to any and everyone!

Had a busted sewer/soil pipe in my basement, a real emergency to say the least. I contacted Do It Right Plumbing and Mr. Caldwell arrived in less than hour. He explained in detail what was needed to be done to fix the issue and the price was reasonable compared to other quotes I received. Mr. Caldwell is a professional who takes pride in his craft.

I’m so glad I called this company. Kirk was a lifesaver! It was late in the evening on a snow day when our toilet water was flooding everywhere. We were panicking and calling every emergency plumbing service we could find. While other companies couldn’t find time or used icy roads as an excuse, Kirk (after working a full day already) said he’d do all he could. He was knowledgeable (clear that he’s been in the profession a long time), and he was patient with my elderly grandmother. I also appreciated that Kirk wore plastic over his shoes to keep our floors clean as he worked. He fixed multiple items efficiently. When finished, he mentioned a discount for senior citizens, but we appreciated him coming out at such a tough time, we gladly paid full price. I would definitely call again.

Mr.Kirk came out immediately and placed a gas shut off valve on my gas line.He tripled checked everything to make sure the gas line was safe and secure.I had a new gas stove installed in my home the same day.

Had an emergency leak in my living room from my Bathroom upstairs. I reached out to Atleast 5 companies and Mr Kirk reached out first, and truthfully was the only one to reach out. He made it out the same day which was on Presidents’ Day and was able to find the cause of the issue fairly fast. He came back the next Day and finished the job faster than originally predicted, helping save my family from any more inconvenience. He was knowledgeable and had no issue explaining what he was doing and why he was doing the things that he was performing. Him and his team were professional and cleaned up the site. Mr Kirk even called back to make sure that everything worked out and was fine next day. I would recommend to others.

Kirk and his staff was phenomenal, they were on time and very professional. Very respectful of our space and communicated clearly. I had a another plumber who did more damage to my basement than fixed it. Do it right plumbing not only fixed my initial plumbing issues but fixed the damage the prior plumber made. Even installed a new sink for my basement. They were fast and honestly worth every penny, would definitely call them again and recommend anyone to do business with them.

Kirk and his partner were great. We had a very dangerous situation going on with our pipe with dangerous fumes and everything. They replaced it, were efficient with timing, cleaned up after themselves. Really appreciate it!!!
