Another successful job by Centrum Mechanical. This time my Hot water heater went. I noticed it on 8/22/22 late. Someone came out, looked at it and was back the very next morning to put a new one in. Very professional and up front with what they are doing on the job. The man was name Duane who was on the job. He was on time, professional, explained what happen and what he did to make it right. All in all I would not go to the other guys I dealt with. These guys are the real deal.
Also there H-VAC team is amazing as well. Helped me out in a pinch a couple times when my A/C unit went on the fritz. Could not have asked for more professional, and nice guys to deal with.

So you want the best come get these guys for all your J-VAC AND PLUMBING NEEDS.

My oil burning furnace system was just serviced by Centrum and I couldn't be happier. Dante called to be sure I was ready and was early. He was professional, quick and very patient with all my questions. I will definitely use Centrum again.

Excellent service all around. Came out in a timely manner, on time. The job needed a second plumber and he arrived shortly after and was very thorough in his analysis (complex piping/driveway issue). Didn’t rush, answered all off our questions. Would definitely recommend and use them again.

My elderly parents had plumbing work done a few years back as an emergency job. The service men who performed the work were detailed and took the time to explain everything. The job was completed and no issues since.
More recently my mother had plumbing work again in a bathroom due to a leaking pipe and was thoroughly impressed at the professionalism of the service man. She felt comfortable with him and he treated her respectfully.
The prices have always beat out other companies and the work is very well done.
I am now considering a large AC job and my mother insists I get a quote from Centrum first.

I had an issue with my heater on the coldest day this winter season. Dan and his staff came out as quickly as possible and rectified the problem ,. I would use them again and recommend them if you need assistance.

Best around, Very professional and knowledgeable. They came to my house very clean and presentable. They took care of the problem. And they cleaned up when they were done I couldn't even tell they were there. You couldn't ask for anything more from a company. I recommend anyone having problems uses them you won't regret it I promise.

Any time we've had to call, they are our same day and go above and beyond to fix the issue.

Was having issues with my water heater, they came out and serviced it and said everything was fine with it besides one issue which they claimed should be fine. After they left the problem persisted; my hot water heater continues to error out and shut off at least once or twice a week. I called them back at least 10 times to follow up and see if there’s something that could be done and provided them with the error codes. Each time I called they said they would have someone call back and that they would search the error codes and find a solution. No one ever returned my phone call, it came to a point where I called almost every other day. So in the end I’m out the $110 service fee they charged me to service my water heater which still isn’t fixed and searching for another plumber.

All I wanted was a fixed water heater, wether it was a broken part or maybe even replace the whole thing. But I’ll leave that up to the next plumber to figure out.
