Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

Had Olive Garden take out at my business. They provided a wonderful spread. The food was cooked perfectly. We had a chicken parm and spaghetti along with alfredo and a beautiful salad. The bread sticks hit it off with most of the staff... Everything was perfect. Great job.
It's definitely a great meal for large parties.

It is cozy place, the service is very good and they also have an excellent variety on the menu, I love the atmosphere’s.

The blue drink was so good, the appetizers were great too.
The food was absolutely great, and I loved the waiters' attitude/personality.
Would recommend to friends and family.

Springfield Olive Garden came to the rescue today. I had placed a large catering order at another restaurant who abruptly closed without notice. We turned to Olive Garden who was able to prepare our order in just over 30 minutes!! The food was amazing and the service even better. From the person who took my order to the bartender who helped me calm down while my family party waited for dinner, I can't thank you all enough!! I'm sorry I didn't get your names, but please know I'm so grateful for your service today and thanks to you all, our party was a success!!

I haven't been at Olive Garden in years but I was very happy with this meal. The Chicken & Gnocchi soup was so good and being unlimited with my entree I filled up on three bowls of that and was barely able to touch my entree. I'll be visiting again for the lunch specials but I'm very happy this chain is still doing well.

We came for never ending pasta, which we barely made it to bowl 2. All staff was on top of their game and friendly. The real star of our experience was the green apple sangria - it was SO good and was more than enough for 2.

Food was great, our server Theresa (Springfield, PA branch) is amazing! She's attentive and gives out suggestions.
Food price$$ but got you unlimited bread and the portion are HUGE. So thats a plus, you always can eat more later. Lol. We had calamari, Tour of Italy, chiken&shrimp carbonara. The food mostly comes with salad or soup as well. (we chose zoppa Toscana. Soooo good)

My family and I have been to a couple of restaurants trying out their dishes, and so far, Olive Garden was the best. Sean was our server, and he was awesome. At first I was annoyed by the hostess because she told me to look for my family around the restaurant and it was my first time in the restaurant, I had no idea how big the place was. I have been here several times and I like the food here. I will definitely recommend this olive garden.

Our server Will, was THE best server I've ever had at any restaurant. We went for lunch, enjoyed 4 cheese ziti and I thoroughly enjoyed the chicken Parm. More than enough food, and the salad was epic, and we took dessert home, the fried donuts with raspberry (I think) dipping sauce was delicious and I got a sinfully delicious chocolate cake. Overall our experience was relaxing, and thoroughly enjoyable. Thank you Will (he even gave me mint chocolates for an added treat)

Brought a couple of first-timers to Olive Garden last night and we had a review-worthy experience. The never-ending breadsticks and perfectly proportioned salad were highlights. Our server Chris was absolutely electric. His friendly demeanor and carefully cultivated knowledge of the menu allowed us to truly relax into that old Olive Garden adage, “when you’re here, you’re family”. Best OG experience ever!

We were there on Veterans Day. It was quite a crowd at 1:00pm and a 30 to 35 minute wait. No problem for us because the food is well worth the wait. Our server, Danny, was the best. He was most polite, easy going and on point. Hats off to you, Danny from Quentin and Lillian. Outstanding meal, service and experience.

The food was great! Everything came out fast and hot and the service was great as well, Chris was our waiter and he made sure to stay attentive to all of his tables and did his job well, we will definitely be coming back.

August 2022: I had given a 2 star review earlier for bad service. I'm changing that today. Had a great experience with Rob. Food was great. Service better. Please use the tabletop kiosk for just menu, ordering and payment. Nobody wants to pay to play those stupid games. We have smart phones for that. Imho.
2019: Bad service. Food was okay. I've had much better experiences in other Olive gardens.

We went for lunch and I got the nerve ending pasta bowl. I was surprised how big the first bowl was and couldn't even finish it yet they let me get another bowl so I could try something different and then took both home for later. Great service and great food.

My friends and I had lunch there today. Enjoyed everything food was great and service was excellent. Chris was our server he was outstanding. Nice and friendly.

Came here with my daughter, we ordered the pick your own, with grilled chicken, mushroom sauce and angel hair pasta, it was so good and fresh. To top it off we ordered the Chocolate Brownie Lasagna, oh myyyyy so rich and decadent!! You gotta try!! Server was nice.

Where else can you get a super filling two course lunch with leftovers to take home for less than $20 including 20% tip??

I was alone so I sat at the bar. The server was sweet, present and attentive.

The ladies at the desk were just as enjoyable to interact with.

The experience here was amazing beginning with our waiter Donte. He was very attentive. The food was amazing. I love coming here.

Well the food was great the atmosphere was great but unfortunately the knives and forks that they put her at my table they were dirty so I had to ask a girl to please clean them because there was three of us there no I'm sorry it was two of us there and both myself and my daughter's utensils were dirty
