had and appointment for 6am, arrive 30min early, guy took my paper work and started unload me ASAP. they do charge lumper fee to unload which is fine. just keep up the good work guys truckers have no problem with lumper fee once you get us out within an hour.. . keep in mind I had floor load no plates...
