Crave Creamery

This is an excellent place to eat fresh homemade ice cream and other desserts. They have a great selection of ice creams, gelatos, and drinks (bubble tea, coffee, milkshakes, and hot drinks). The service is also great. The eating area is a bit small, but it is still a nice place to have some ice cream with family or friends.

Vegan and dairy-free options. The staff let me try a few flavors so I picked one that I never would have thought I’d like which was a nice surprise. Great for spring, summer, fall outings.

I scream, you scream, we all scream for ice cream! And gelato! And vegan ice cream! They got it all and it is really good! Cups, cones, specialty cones. Offers indoor and outdoor seating!

Great spot for quick ice cream fix. They have more vegan options when compared to other ice cream shops in the area. Dairy ice cream flavors and simple toppings.
There are milkshakes and cakes here too.
Friendly service and honestly have never had a negative experience.

Consistently great. Genuinely the best vegan ice cream I've ever had, which is hard to find in the first place. Their vegan strawberry in particular is SO good — it even has little strawberry bits in it! Would highly recommend to anyone in the area.

This is place is so cute! I love the mochi donuts! And the boba is pretty good! I got the coconut mil tea with tapioca and the matcha donut. I will definitely be coming back!

Truly the best I’ve cream I’ve ever had in my life. The salted caramel tastes silky smooth. We've been customers for a few years & the quality is always consistent and the workers are super friendly.

They have a great selection of ice cream and gelato. All tasted good. The people were nice and the place was clean.

I was lucky enough to try two ice cream flavors (pumpkin and maple bourbon) which Crave made available at the annual A Gathering of Chefs fundraiser for The Bradley Center, and it's definitely the best ice cream I've had all year. The pumpkin in particular stood out for having a perfect flavor balance between sweet and satisfying. Highly recommended.

I actually never tried their ice cream before but they look amazing. What I want to comment on is their bubble tea. I’d have to say, I got their matcha latte bubble tea and it was really good. I grew up in Taiwan drinking bubble tea as a kid at least 2-3 times a week. And to be honest I’m impressed with their bubble tea. The boba is cooked just right and the bubble tea is not overly sweet. I will definitely go back their again and probably try their ice cream too the next time.

Some if the best ice cream I’ve ever had the pleasure of eating. But I cannot forget the gelato the also sell. It’s rich, creamy, and delicious. The style of the decor is amazing and a perfect place to take your kid when you want to congratulate them!

I'm officially a fan! First time trying Crave Creamery & happened to see it after trying out Noodle 88. The hand-made vanilla ice cream is truly heaven. It's better than Handles IMO, creamy & tastes like PURE CREAM, not overly sweet, just heaven. I tried the Boba tea, and it is not better than Kung Fu Tea or Mr.Wish. The pearls are not sweet, smaller in size, & not cooked perfectly, slightly on the hard side (perfection = sweet & chewy. Reading the other reviewers feedback, I will definitely try their Macha!! Hands down, best ice cream around though & I'm a fan of sweets!

I had a matcha latte with star boba and it was surprisingly really good, especially for an ice cream place! The matcha tasted like real matcha and the boba was also good. The worker made the drink really well, but it was around a 5+ minute wait. I had some ice cream here too and it was also great. They have an extremely wide selection of flavors! I want to go back!

I have been looking for an ice cream shop in the suburbs with vegan options other than vanilla (when you want ice cream, you want it to be special!). Finally came across Crave Creamery in a furious search in preparation for a date night with my non-veg partner. When we arrived, we were greeted in the friendliest manner. To my surprise, there were FOUR super fun vegan options to choose from (all made with almond milk)! I chose mint chocolate chip, my ultimate fave, and it was better than any store-bought pint. Worth the calories, the price, and the smiles on our faces in knowing that we could both enjoy a sweet treat without worry! I will be going back anytime I need an ice cream fix.

After having the Oreo cake batter milkshake this is always my go to now when I crave ice cream. Mango boba tea is pretty tasty too.

So many delicious flavors! The staff is always very friendly. They have so many flavors that sound amazing...it's going to take me the whole summer to try everything. (E.x.- vanilla peanut butter, cookie monster, party cake, etc)

Seriously the best ice cream in the Springfield area. And even better to me because it is not a corporation, but a mom and pop shop. The Strawberry ice cream will blow your top off I swear! Skip the places down the street and get some REAL ICE CREAM at Crave
