McLoughlin Plumbing Heating & Cooling

I am really impressed by the work I received from the team at McLoughlin. I had an ancient heating system that came with the home. It was time to change the system and the team at McLoughlin came in and provided options for my home right before Christmas. The work that was done was expectional, and I got a new system installed in a day. The team were truly professionals, they got the job done, and the quality is exactly what I was looking for well worth the money. I highly recommend this company and I will definitely work with them in the future.

Scheduling and communication were easy and clear. Our tech (Jesse) arrived on time, and was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional.
Jesse performed a full annual maintenance, pointed out and corrected some issues, and established a strong baseline for moving forward. We’re extremely happy with the service provided, and would recommend McLoughlin to anyone looking for an HVAC/plumbing service company.

I had a broken pipe in the powder room in the first floor foyer. It required that all of the sink fixtures be replaced. The technician assessed the situation, went to the warehouse and found the gold tone I wanted and then spent more than 2 hours installing everything. I was quite pleased with everything except the four figure cost!!!

Theodore was very thorough and helpful. He made several suggestions without pressing me to choose the most expensive options. We hope to use the company for all our plumbing needs in the future

Mcloughlin heating did a great job. I was able to get same day service. They communicated when the tech was dispatched. Th tech got my system back on line and kept me informed of next steps of service needed as well.

Theodore, the plumbing technician who can put to help us make sure our home was up to code was extremely knowledgeable. There was an initial fee for sending someone to the house and it was worth it because the desired work was complete, he stuck around to see if we had any other questions about the plumbing, township codes, and mapping out estimates for anything he could do vs what we could probably easily do ourselves.

The service was good. The repair person arrived early and was able to quickly diagnose and breakdown the problem and solution. Along with the fair price, everything was a win/win. Would definitely recommend using McLoughlin Plumbing and Heating!!

I would leave 10 stars if I could. I called on a weekend and got prompt personalized service. Steve the tech was outstanding - he personally called me on a Saturday. Listened to the video of the problem I was experiencing. He talked me through what he thought was happening, came out on Sunday and I just could not be more grateful. We will absolutely be using this company in the future, and will be requesting Steve as he was incredible! Thanks McLoughlin!

Frank did a great job fixing my tub shower diverter. He was on time and answered all my questions. Job well done as always.

We needed a new garbage disposal and Mike was able to replace it quickly. He also replaced the hose in the shower. We have been using McLoughlin for years and they always respond within a short period of time and get the job done efficiently.

Had a gas water heater replacement 11/23. First one they installed lasted 16 years! It was a no brainer that I would go back to them. MPHC is a first rate, VERY professional contractor. Our tech, Frank, did a super job; the kind of guy you would want installing something as important as a water heater in your home. You can find plenty of hacks that will do the job for less money but in the end you get what you pay for.

McLoughlin called beforehand to let me know when the technician would arrive. The service technician arrived on time and was able to clearly explain the maintenance provided and maintenance options for the future. Very happy to have used this service again!

We’ve had McLoughlin do four projects at our home over a few years. They arrive when scheduled, communicate well, get job done right and change fairly.

I called McLoughlin Plumbing a little after 9 AM because my heater wouldn’t go on & they had someone out by 1PM. Rob was courteous & professional, brought a few things to my attention & the heats back on!! Thank you Ashley & Rob!

Really efficient and quick service! We had a leaking in our basement and they fixed immediately. Very friendly and ready to help you in any way!

The technician polite and let me know what was wrong before fixing the problem. He talked to me about the problem and was knowledgeable about what needed to be done.
