MultiCare Pharmacy - Cornerstone

This pharmacy is good. They helped me transfer my dad's prescriptions all the way to FZL. If only I could find a Dr as good as Stephanie Shoemaker here in GA.

The pharmacy team at the Pharmacy at Creekside is very good. From taking the order to getting preauthorization to getting meds filled is a smooth transaction. They make sure prescriptions are filled in a timely order. The one problem I had was having my Rx delivered to me by UPS. The delivery was not delivered in a timely manner. Delivery dates and times were not when they said n they would. A signature was supposed required. The delivery was late and when I asked about a signature, he said it was qok.

Personal is always friendly and curious. They double check for se purity and are quite helpful when I've had a question.. they have even home delivered on emerg occassions.

Very nice staff and very clean facility.

I don’t use this place unless it’s a specialty med or another specific reason. Nice place. However wait time can be long.

Not happy with these people. I told a staff member on a Monday I could not p/u prescription until Friday and assured it will be there for me. I am racing after a 6 hour drive to p/u before they close at 6pm. I am in line with 2 cars ahead of me 20 mins before they close. 1st car took 12 mins to finish what they were doing. 2nd car took 5 mins. I now have 3 minutes to p/u. Someone decided to put back my prescription I ran out of. I asked it to be filled. I did not race back 6 hours to not get it. They filled the prescription then lectured me about how they shut down the place exactly at 6pm. Did not matter I called ahead. Then I am lectured about not calling again before arrival. Why should I ? No concern for the patient or customer. D- in customer relations.

They're lazy. I called the pharmacy and no one answered. Hard to believe they still have jobs%
