Best branch in Upper Darby! The service is fast and reliable, and the tellers are the best. I use this branch frequently even with two others closer to my home.

Nice ppl. Horrible cust service skills. Not professional AT ALL! This branch asked 3 times y I was there, only to have me wait 1hr then tell me the 1 person who can help was out to lunch so, go to another branch. Or, you could wait here, won't be another hour, but can't tell you how long! But keeps explaining nothing to me! Finally get seen, guy asked for my ID, but was too busy on his cell to see me handing it to him. He tells me, "we're closed & only here to help you", as if to say "I can be rude" bc you're here after hours! DON'T BANK AT THIS BRANCH IF YOU DON'T HAVE TO!

Understanding the impact COVID-19 has had. We arrived at this branch at 4:10pm on 8/4/20.
Seeing people inside we waited outside rang the bell and tried to get someone’s attention by knocking. All were ignored. Zero communication with this locations COVID policy no signs no nothing. When a customer came out of the bank we began to grow frustrated. THE CLEANING LADY STARTING SHOWING US HER MIDDLE FINGER. And yet still nothing. Her taunting forced upon enough is enough. Not sure what the branch plans on doing about this but the communication was very poor and they seriously need to control their staff

Bank teller was rude and ghetto; eating a bowl of noodles the whole time she serviced me.
