Got the mixed kebab entree, falafel balls, baklava, and hibiscus flower tea. Everything was great, and there was plenty of it. Chicken kebabs in particular were a standout, and the hibiscus tea is a good complement to everything. Will definitely be ordering from them again soon.

This is a wonderful place whose owner is friendly and thoughtful. Our lunch was delicious, flavorful, and the portions were generous. We will be sure to let our family and friends knows about Amun Restaurant!

We also ordered several trays of baklava for our daughter's bridal shower. We received so many comments about how good it was.

Amun offers great food and extremely reasonable price. For just 12.99 I got a good sized falafel pita wrap and a good helping of fries. I particularly enjoyed the free hibiscus tea the owner included since I was a first time customer; it was not too sweet, and tasted homemade.

I was a bit unsure of the place when I first walked in, since the space seemed quite tiny, old, and a bit rundown, but the friendly owner Rohani welcomed me into his store quite warmly and eased my concerns. I can't recommend this place enough for anyone in the area who wants to support a great local restaurant!

The owners were very sweet. The menu had a great selection. The food was very fresh. They make their food fresh every day. They opened right at the beginning of the pandemic. I definitely will be coming back! Very delicious food!!

We have been searching for a local Mediterranean place and let me tell you, we have FOUND it!

We ordered a lot to really get a feel for it:
The mini sampler (comes with falafel, hummus, baba ghanoush, and dolmas)
Mixed kebabs (chicken, kafta, lamb)
Chicken shawarma
Baklava

Genuinely nothing was bad. The mixed kebabs were grilled to perfection. All entrees come with delicious yellow rice, a slice of pita with hummus on it, and a salad. And the mini sampler is the best! You get a little bit of everything. All tasty.

Whether you like eating everything separately, or mixing it all together, I don’t think you can go wrong with anything here.

I also got baklava and it sometimes isn’t my favorite because some places put extra honey, but I’m not kidding when this was the BEST baklava I’ve ever had. And it was my fiancé’s first time trying baklava and he mentioned it might now be a top 10 dessert for him!

The owner and workers are so kind too! We will definitely be back.

UPDATE:Back for a second visit. Another great meal and will be ordering again sooner. Super friendly and incredibly high customer service.
This time we tried the Mediterranean Fries. These are the good thick kind and the spices on them have a good bit of zing , but not too much.

Chicken shawarma, lamb giro, lamb kabab --- three great meals. Service was fantastic, said it would be ready in 20 minutes and bingo!--20 minutes it was.
Ordered the baklava and all I can say is WOW! Take a little bite, and savor all the flavor before chewing and swallowing, it was outstanding.
Also enjoyed the rice pudding with raisins, very flavorful!
Only problem is why the hell it took me slow long to order from them. Will definitely be going back.

First time trying Amun and we were not disappointed!!! The sampler platter was amazing. The chicken kabobs were delicious and full of flavor, and the baklava hit the spot for a sweet after dinner treat! The staff was so sweet and accommodating. We will defiantly be back!

Lovely place, delicious food and lovely staff!

Ordered the falafel sandwich, Kafta kabab platter along with a side of rice pudding and iced hibiscus tea. Everything under $35

The meat was scrumptious, the falafel was crispy and delicious. Rice pudding was not overly sweet, just perfect.

Everything was made fresh, nothing frozen or stale was being used or offered.

The gentleman at the counter (I assume the owner) was extremely hospitable and offered an iced tea on the house, as well as let us sample a small piece of the kabab before ordering it.

Definitely check out the place if you enjoy Arabic food or would want to try something new.

Fantastic food! Lamb kebab meal (with an extra kebab), feta and olives, rice pudding, and that heavenly hibiscus tea, plus a baklava on the house because it was my first time trying their food.

I absolutely loved the charred lamb and peppers, it was well seasoned with just a hint of spiciness. Came with plenty of flavorful rice, fresh salad, and garlic sauce. The feta was firm, salty and delicious. Olives could have been better, but that's ok.

Rice pudding is creamy and comforting. The baklava is perfection. I'm usually wary about it being overly sweet, but this wasn't too syrupy or sweet, just perfect. And again, that hibiscus tea is heaven, my favorite thing.

The man working at the time I picked up my food was wonderful, friendly, helpful and encouraged me to come back. Rest assured, I will be back! There's a lot more on the menu I want to try, especially all the eggplant dishes.

This place is a real jewel!

We’re new to the area and stumbled on this gem! Delicious and priced well. The lamb shawarma was our favorite, but the chicken kebab was good too. Yummy rice & salad. Also they have baklava (my new favorite dessert) and it was sooo good. So happy to have found this place! The owners are super nice and gave us a free dessert because we had a small (and I mean small) wait while they took a phone call. We will be ordering more takeout from here in the future :)

Just as a background, I love Mediterranean food and I am from NY where there are lots of choices and I probably tried most of them. This is a small hole in the wall type of place where if you put the address in GPS, it takes you to the back of the restaurant, however what a gem of a place it is.
First of all, its easy to find metered parking. The person who is inside I believe the owner is extremely kind and well mannered along with the gentleman thats working inside. I will he honest here, I would have come back even if the food wasn't good just because of the welcoming mannerism of the people in the restaurant.
Usually I don't like takeout kebobs, especially chicken because most restaurants doesn't know how to cook it, however even after a 20 minutes drive when I came home the chicken was juicy and that itself is an accomplishment for the cook.
The kebobs are well seasoned, nicely cooked to perfection and tasty.
The only suggestion I would have for the restaurant is to make their salad more Mediterranean and what I mean by that is something along the line of tabuli however, that's just a suggestion.
I would close my eyes and go to this restaurant for tasty food and of course the welcoming people who prepares the food.

So delicious! Everything we had was incredible. The chicken was tender and flavorful and charred just the right amount. Even the rice was something special! Do yourself a favor and check them out if you get a chance!

The food was delicious. We all agreed their baklava was the best we’ve ever had. The service was great as well. A small restaurant with very friendly people. We will definitely be back! Thank you for a great birthday dinner!

Very good food. Nice people.

I took a photo of my food to show my distant wife the amazing food I was eating. The salad with pickles was amazing. The freshly fried falafel was excellent and the kafta kebab was top of the line. I also enjoyed the small piece of pita spread with hummus I was served. Nice work Amun!

Great food with vegan, gluten free, and keto options. Excellent customer service! The owners treated us like family. Our family especially liked the hibiscus tea. It was sweet without being overwhelming.

Very small place with big flavor and Mediterranean choices are great, it's take out only and go there often, breaded wings are awesome

This is our second time grabbing take-out from here, and it most definitely NOT be our last.
First, the food:
My son and I both got the lamb gyro. The lamb was some of the most tender and flavorful I have ever had (and I sous vide my lamb). Just fantastic.
We also got the mini sampler.
The hummus was a bit lacking in flavor, but was still good and well made.
The falafel were perfectly cooked (so rare in my experience!) crispy and delectable.
The dolmas are a hair too tender (I like more of a firm leaf) but the flavor more than made up for it.
The Baba Ghanouj was a show stealer of the sampler. The signature char flavor was outstanding. More than good enough to eat by itself.

My favorite of the night was the lentil soup. The aroma alone was mouth watering. Overall it has a wonderful depth of flavor. The time and love that went into making it was very evident.

Lastly I want to make sure to mention the owners…they are so friendly! Both times now I was greeted with genuine warmth and hospitality on the phone and in person. These two are doing things the right way.

I would absolutely recommend you give this place a try if you have not. Such wonderful food being made by just as wonderful people!

Our first time ordering but definitely not the last! The food is amazing and the staff are so very friendly. The food came rather quickly and was still hot. Generous portions and quite a variety with each meal. The hummus and pita are so fresh and delicious. The kebabs are fantastic and the rice has a deities spice blend. The Mediterranean fries are awesome and the baklava makes me want to travel the Med again! Nostalgic, authentic flavors all around!

The food was amazing. Chicken Shawarma was so moist and flavorful I must have had the dumbest smile on my face the whole time. The falafel will not disappoint either. But the kicker was the baklava. It's one of the best I've had, and was exactly what I needed to finish my meal.

I drove 20mins from work on a whim for this, totally worth it!
