Yakima Valley Storage

This is my secound time renting from them. Did it online this time and it was fast and easy. I’ve installed cameras at several storage facilities and must say this is the nicest one out there and in a great location.

Renting a unit was easy! They run great deals too. Dave the guy we worked with was awesome. I feel like my stuff is safe and secure with the checks they do and codes for everyone. Also the fish cracks me up. Keanu reefs. I think they have him as office manager on the tank. :-)

You can't say a hole lot about storage units. They are pretty straight forward when it comes to what they offer. My parents have this unit, and another at a different storage provider, we share. Yakima Valley Storage has become the preferred after obtaining our unit. Good location. Easy access with great hours each day. Secure and clean. We are consolidating our storage items to this unit due to our satisfaction.

Great price for a small (5x5) climate-controlled storage unit (be sure to get a coupon online for a discount on the first month). Outstanding customer service from Asst. Manager Shawna. Surely top 1% service! I highly recommend this business.

Laney was absolutely fantastic with helping us at the end of a long difficult move. From helping us reserve the correct size unit to moving day when our movers whipped out on us, she was so helpful, supportive and friendly. I would recommend anyone to this storage place.

This facility has the best prices for the space in town. You are always greeted by friendly courteous staff such as Destiny. She is very knowledgeable regarding the rates. I highly recommend visiting Yakima Valley Storage for your storage needs. Don't forget to ask for Destiny.

We started working with Shawna by phone on the west side.of the state. She was very knowledgeable and talked us through setting everything up so when we arrived in Yakima with everything to go into storage everything was set and exactly as she said. She was a pleasure to work with and the storage room was spotless. The transition was very easy. 5 stars to Yakima Valley Storage and 5+ stars to Shawna the asst manager for being such a pleasure to work with.

The ladies here are amazing. They have gone above and beyond to help us to make sure our employees have access to the unit whenever they need. The communication and assistance is by far above any others. We could not have been happier with our choice in a storage unit. Secure and safe location!

Dave has been very helpful. Facility is clean and in excellent condition. I feel that my stored goods are protected and secure. Would highly recommend!
