I had the unfortunate experience of two refrigerators having to be returned. Had to go through the warranty process with the company and that was a nightmare both times. Did get replacements both times. I can't say enough about Veronica and Jared in appliances for ALL of their help in the return process and purchase of replacements. It was hard dealing with Frigidaire, but their support around that issue was more than a ten. They are very knowledgeable at their job !!!THANK YOU VERONICA AND JARED !!!!

We aren't very knowledgeable when it comes to projects that I think up in my head, but I wanted ty take on building a small deck on pallets. The floor sales supervisor in lumber was amazing! He helped us get the right screws and told us the best way to help us seal the plywood we were putting in the top of our deck. I'm so thankful that he took the time to really help us. We had gone to a competitor first and got very little help when we explained what we needed.

Very knowledgeable staff and they make you feel like they're your neighbors.

I was able to fix my bathroom sink with everything I found at this location. Ken helped me realize I needed more than I realized. He even explained the process better than the YouTube I found. This isn't the first time Ken has helped us. I regularly seek him out regarding more than his area he is in because he seems to be the only employee happy to help everyone.

Lowe's was good clean. Had everything I was looking for.

Two things I like about are, their employees are very knowledge and available and their return policy. We live about 20 miles from the store and when presented with a couple of options for a part, I buy both knowing I won't have a problem returning the one not needed. Lowe's has a fabulous return policy.

I walk in .. today for faucet replacement, luckily Jamie.. saw me and attended me and showed me good products lowes has in stocks excellent service 👌 and very knowledgeable thank you Lowes! For hiring excellent customer service!!

Lowes was great she found what she needed. I loved the fact that even inoperable and not charged they had a wheel chair basket push cart. Allowing and making it possible for my disabled friend to shop for herself. Other stores are not so compromising nor care how those carts effect their shoppers independently or how a trip to A store will make a disabled in fear of outside have strength to go further in their treatment to get better.

Easy to navigate and find whatever you might be looking for. Not to mention everything else that ends up in the cart by the time you get to the register :)

Lowe's always comes through for us. I live closer to Home Depot, so I go to it first. But sometimes they won't have something I really need for work. Then I head to Lowe's. They didn't have the backflow preventer in the store, but they helped me order it right there. It's on the way. Home Depot had the product at a store 2 hrs away and wouldn't have one shipped to Yakima store. Even the employee didn't understand why. But the employees at Lowe's were super helpful!!!!!!! Thank you Lowe's!!!!!!

It's close to where I live, making it convenient.

This is a good place to find a variety of home improvement needs. They also special order items if they don't have then in stock. If you are wondering around expect someone to ask if you need help.

The Quality Paint Expert (pictured below) was pleasant and our time here was spent efficiently. Good job Lowe's paint department! :)

Good prices and they had the best black Friday deals!

The return disk employee needs to be more careful about the staff and need to check if it theres or not .
And if they have a bad day at home, they should leave it at home not to bring it to work. And they don't need to act like they owned the whole Lowe's corporation.

Hubby and myself got some ideas for home repair. In and out. Good service.
