Red Roof Inn Yakima

Best hotel experience we’ve ever had!!! We stay in hotels pretty often and all over the country for wrestling tournaments with our kids as well as just to get away for a night or two and this hotel is our absolute favorite! The staff are amazingly helpful and just sincerely nice people. The hotel is currently under renovation but that didn’t matter because everything else was great. The pool and hot tub are open 24 hours which I don’t think I’ve ever seen before. The rooms are just awesome! Well insulated which may sound weird but if you think about it, it makes a huge difference because you can’t hear anything from the other rooms or in the hall so you know you’re getting some real peace and quiet and don’t have to worry about having your tv too loud or anything like that. I always try to find rooms with a jacuzzi in the room (because how cool is that??) and the king suite with the jacuzzi is better than any I’ve seen so far and it’s not nearly as expensive as anywhere else. The bathroom is big and the jacuzzi is huge, two people can easily lay in there with room to spare. There’s a large separate glass enclosed shower with a seat and good water pressure. My husband was thrilled with all the toiletries they provide because they give you everything you could think of and if you need anything else (not that I can imagine you would) they are happy to get it for you free of charge. There’s a balcony and a a big sitting area and the bed is perfect. I rarely write reviews but I am so impressed with this hotel in every aspect that I had to take the time to share my experience. Awesome experience, rooms were really hot but there is air conditioning which is how I prefer it. Comes with breakfast, has a pool, rooms have a sizeable fridge and a small microwave. Staff were incredibly friendly, we received cookies when we checked in and I mentioned to my coworker, that they had taken the chocolate milk out of the fridge later in the day, after breakfast was over and they personally brought me a chocolate milk without me having to ask.

My room wasn't anything to write home about but for what it was, I would recommend without hesitation.

Super friendly staff, awesome pool, and a killer deal on a big room with a jetted tub. Somehow managed to turn a stay off the highway in Yakima into a romantic evening. Recommend!

Great prices great staff!! Only thing was they need more non slip Mats near the pool area verry slippery even for a young athletic 27 year old!
