I read the selfish reviews, i live across the street the homeless have always been polite to me and i love shopping there, its no different than any other store. More people need to be caring instead of hating. GOD BLESS

At 0620 the clerk stole money again check the film 1/11/18 when got cash back only getting 5.00$ back on the 10.00 option

Obviously I don't expect anyone at AM/PM to believe I was shorted 10 bucks of the cash back I requested in conjunction with my transaction earlier this evening so I have no intention of wasting my time telling them about it. However, if you visit the AM/PM on Yakima Ave, and request cash back, please consider counting it before walking away from the counter. I put the cash and receipt in my pocket because I trusted the cashier and was disappointed to arrive home and discover that I had only been given 40 of the 50 dollars they debited from my account. I expect better for our community. If the cashier felt comfortable shorting me 10 bucks it's possible this has happened to others. My team is looking into this. Thank you for the assignment.

Bad customer service they have nasty fountain drinks and its not a very clean place

Stopped one night around 1:00. It was all locked while the cashier took a smoke break. Waited give minutes along with half a dozen others. The cashier finished his cigarette and lit another one yhat was BS!

After numerous complaints in the back and forth with the corporation, who assured me they would make up for my mistreatment by employee, I come to the conclusion that they only want bodies in the store they don't care how customers are treated.. my intention was only to be treated fairly in a store I used to frequent not for freebies from the store but some acknowledgment that action was taken would have been nice.. Please drive just up the road to a much better ampm on Yakima Ave. Or continue with on highway to am\pm in union gap .One star because you can't go lower.

Supposed to be open 24hours and here i am getting fuel but need to get a receipt for work but the pumps says see cashier for receipt (i don't think they ever replace the receipt paper), go up to the door and its closed.

They NEVER accept a card inside unless its EBT?? And then only when you catch them on the right days. Otherwise EVERYTHING is down usually. I'm not sure why people keep showing up to work there

They close at midnight what's the purpose of doing that when it's suppose to be a 24 hour store I live about a block and a half away and if I run out of something to drink and can't drive when it's darlk so why close at midnight it is ridiculous

This ampm has to many junkies and homeless people hanging out there with the workers at night so I stop going by there because they will ask you for money or a smoke and if you don't have it they get mad at you this place sucks.

It's a druggies favorite hiding spot. Not the safest place in Yakima...
