First rate customer service. Highly recommended. One time I had minor glitch with an order due to a third party supplier's error. The team at Power Driven had it sorted out lightning fast! These guys are pros and stand behind their customers.

Power driven diesel is awesome! I purchased a lot of parts for my couple of diesel pickups through them and their service is top-notch. They have quality parts and stand behind them 100%. They've taken care of me when I've had questions and I would highly recommend power driven diesel.

I am from Canada and shipping can be quite expensive! They went out of their way to quote me private shipping that was 80% less than the automated one in the checkout. And they applied every discount they could. I also ordered another small order with my turbo and they threw it all in the same box and saved me so much on shipping! I can’t express how great they were to deal with and it’s pretty rare now a days to get genuine service. I will be ordering everything I can from them to support their passion! Not to mention they have so much free information on their YouTube channel aswell! Eventually I would love to come to Utah and meet everyone/see the shop! 100% the best in the game specially for 12 valve Cummins!

Contacted customer service about my items because I hadn’t recieved my tracking number. Lady on the phone answered quickly and was able to locate my package in no time. Extremely excited for delivery tomorrow. Superior customer service!

I have called them from the beginning of my build and have been expertly advised through my 12v Cummins build. They’ve been excellent to answer every question I’ve asked and when I have questions about shipping and timing an American who speaks English answers the phone and is happy to help and actually follows up with me. Everyone at power driven diesel is very helpful with any questions that you may have about your build. This was my first diesel engine that I rebuilt. Everyone I talk to took the extra time to answer every question that I had. I ordered most of my build through them some parts they didn’t have but that’s kind of the normal these days. Customer service and delivery time was Great. I ordered had the parts 3 to 4 days later. I will definitely order from power driven diesel the next time I need something. 8/8 /23 Just to give an update I’ve got a little over 10,000 miles on the motor now I decided to go with a towing compound set up on it a 472 over a 35 turbo I match this engine to turn 4000 RPMs and I’ve personally hit 70 pounds of boost out of it I love the engine

I have nothing bad to say about power driven diesel. They are very friendly knowledgeable and helpful I've gotten performance upgrades for my Cummins and also transmission rebuild and upgrade products. Any questions I have had they have been able to answer or to help me figure out any problems. Very happy with their products and customer service.

The parts choice for a variety of vehicles is very good and the customer service is one of the best I have ever worked with. I will absolutely be looking to them in the future for parts and upgrades for my truck.

Ordered Stage 2 Direct Drive and EPC Solenoids from PDD. Very professional, and when the distributor hadn’t sent my package yet (had a trip coming up and was on a time crunch) they got them 2 day’d to me just in time to get the install done. Awesome shop and great YouTube channel as well👍🏼 thanks guys!
