Holiday Inn Yakima, an IHG Hotel

Oh the best. Need to stay at these kind of hotels. Gate parking. Bar in the hotel with delicious food. Steak was really good. Margarita's are hand made. Brownie sundae was so delicious. I can't wait for breakfast! Cameras in all of the common areas. Key card entry for gym and pool. You can order beers, candy and sodas. They even called me cuz my daughter left her plush toy down stairs. Definitely coming back

Nice hotel. I’ve stayed here several times over the last few year. Friendly and helpful staff with plenty of free parking. The rooms are clean and comfortable.

We stayed at The Holiday Inn in Yakima Washington and it was amazing. The receptionist at the front desk was extremely helpful and sweet. The little restaurant/lounge was great too. The service was impeccable and very friendly. The food was great. We took our dog who is a service animal and they were very accommodating.

I have stayed here several times over the last 10 years and it is always a good experience. The staff is amazing and welcoming. The rooms are very clean, big and welcoming. The AC is cold and the Hot water is plenty Hot! If you have breakfast included it is not some run of the mill buffet, it is all made to order and it’s a nice large portion. Thank you again to all the staff the made my stay more enjoyable!

Probably one of the cleanest places I have ever stayed. Rooms, Pool, restaurant, bar etc. Grounds with secure parking. Front desk staff were so nice. I will stay there again 😁

The room: Spotless with amenities.

The service: Bernie makes a great meal with pride. A wonderful individual with a great ethic. Anastysia was polite and provided all the information I needed.

The location: Right off of the interstate but I'd travel further for this place.

The room was cute, and the location was convenient, BUT not in the safest, most wonderful part of town. There is a large presence of people who seem to be struggling with addiction in the vicinity. They do provide a gated parking lot.

Was in the process of moving out of state and booked a hotel that seemed pretty sketchy in Tacoma, cancelled that and ended up booking here instead, the gated parking is a life saver, specially with some of my belongings in the car, the room was very clean and spacious, slept very comfortably all night.

Jamie, the gal who ran the bar/dining area, was amazing. She was so thoughtful and kind. She was the reason I went back my second night there. I love restaurants on site. The food was great.. Rooms were clean. Staff was pleasant.

The hotel room was perfect for business and relaxing, the food was good but the staff is the reason for the 5 stars. The staff from the front desk to the restaurant and even those you passed in the hallway were all Platinum plus. They are friendly and just overall outstanding. I travel 3 weeks a month for work and now I have a new level of expectations because of the amazing staff here. It was wonderful and I highly recommend staying here when traveling in Yakima!!!!

I love they had actual bottles of shampoo and conditioner! I have a lot of hair the little bottles are never enough. The bed was comfortable. They have a firm pillow as well as a soft. Bed was clean as well as the room. We came from aways away to see a comedy show. Was not disappointed in the room.

First time staying at this hotel chain at Yakima :) pleasantly surprised with how premium it feels! They have a bar lounge area in the lobby area and the front desk is swell! Couldn’t ask for a better king sized bed that’s comfy and clean! Showers are good and pressurized! They even provide dove cleaning supplies! Nice! It’s slightly pricy but worth it imo if you’re needing a good place to stay for a night or two :)

Stayed 2 nites, Dec 8&9. Our server in the restaurant downstairs was fantastic. Probably the highlight of our whole visit. The room was fine the curtains did not roll up and there was no Netflix. But the beds and pillows and everything else were great. Once again I want to mention Diane Vargas who served us in the restaurant. She was so nice and so sweet she deserves all the hours you have and a raise. Why can’t you give servers like this more hours? She is a great representative for your hotel. And should be recognized

Such a beautiful comfortable hotel. The rooms were excellently designed and cleaned, as usual. But what made this HI different for me was the restaurant. The food is good (had a simple breakfast of eggs, toast, potatoes) but the waiter was a dream! He was fast, attentive and predictive. He noticed I like a lot of cream in my coffee and brought more of my favorite. Refilled coffees and the water carafe without us having to wave him down. Really great stay here. Wish I could've stayed longer.

The staff here were amazing!! I stayed here for a month for a military school and they made me feel welcomed from day one. They seem to be understaffed sometimes especially during busy nights or events. Eddy & Jamie and all the restaurant staff work diligently to provide the best service possible although they are overworked. The front desk manager Ana and everyone who worked the front desk met every need possible for me during my school. They helped me so much by printing off documents for my classes, providing wake-up calls and just being so friendly every day coming or going from the hotel. I HIGHLY recommend Holiday Inn, Yakima (not in union gap) for your stay. If it’s one night or A month long, the staff here will make you feel at home and they make a point to know your name right away. I know I’ll stay here if I ever return.

Great stay. The beds were good, pillows soft and the AC worked. Has gated parking which is a must in Yakima. The neighborhood is ok but didn't need to leave the hotel. It has breakfast, lunch and dinner for a cost.

Very kind friendly customer service that goes above and beyond the rooms were exceptional clean comfortable and cool. The beds and pillows were amazing with great amenities a very nice bar staff and decent food

We stayed in two double queen handicapped rooms. They were spotless, the beds were amazingly comfortable; from a solid mattress, to smooth luxurious sheets and awesome pillows. Climate control was perfect. Only downside was no visitors guide or room service menus in the room, I assume because of Covid. Wifi was free. I needed a bit of help to sign on but the person at the front desk was accommodating. He also guided us to awesome Mexican food! I'll definitely stay here again.

This Holiday Inn always does it right! Annelise was amazing and helped our company sort through 9 rooms flawlessly. This is a great place to stay while in Yakima as it is close to the freeway and has locked and safe parking. Would highly recommend.

Very clean, nice place, our room was AMAZINGLY BIG. I think it was the executive king suite? Had a jetted tub, huge HUGE room, nice bed, okay view.
Not an amazing neighborhood but the parking is all enclosed and accessible by key card only, so that's nice. Right across from shopping and convention center.
