Awesome trade in experience I am, really glad I chose to go with dealership. I was interested in trading in my car for a Subaru and was in between a few dealerships.
I got a great deal for the vehicle I traded in and got an amazing price for the exact vehicle I was hoping to buy. I am military and live over in JBLM and they drove 2hrs to meet me over half way and make the drive easier on me. Couldn’t have asked for a better customer service team. They worked with me every step of the way and explained everything throughly when it came to the trade in process and purchasing a new vehicle. Very friendly staff, great deals, great prices. 10/10

We stopped by to look at Jeeps for my son. Eddie helped us out and made sure we were as close to our budget as possible. He handled my son driving a new manual with encouragement and understanding, while I held on and suggested maybe I should have had a drink first😂. My husband, son and I all left happy and like we were listened to and our needs met.

Let me start off by saying the customer service was amazing!! I purchased a 2019 Honda Accord about a week ago. My salesman Eddie Lopez made the entire process of purchasing a car so comfortable for my mother and I. He showed us multiple cars and helped us find the perfect one. If you go down to one stop motors, definitely ask for Eddie as he will meet your needs and get you in the right ride for you and your family.

I have gotten two cars from One Stop Yakima in the past couple of months and both times it was an amazing experience. Mauricio helped me out both times and he was so awesome and helpful. Mike, the manager, was really great too. Both times I got awesome deals on my cars and didn't feel pressured at all to buy. All in all, it was a great experience and I would definitely go back for third car if needed.
