I went in today to claim the prize I won! Nayelli greeted us with a warm smile and was very helpful with the size of the boots and belt. Customer service was amazing, I’ve felt very comfortable and welcomed in the store.

I visited this store to get my belt fixed. Anayeli help me with great smile and customer skills fast and even free. She also did a great job with the belt I was really impressed l. Truly good people around here!!.

I came not knowing where to start and Maricela helped make everything so easy. She was nice and knew what size, how to put on and take off the boots perfectly. I enjoyed shopping here and I'll definitely be coming back.

First time coming to this store and right when I walked in Nayelli greeted us as soon as we walked in. She was on it and helped us with our new pair of boots she has an exceptional customer service. I will be coming back with this girly. She really has professionalism, patience and excellent customer service you will not have a disappointed with her. I’ve been to other western stores and this will always be my 1st selection to come by and buy my pair of boots. I love shopping where I get treated nicely and with respect. I moved to Nevada an i still get my boots from Yakima at your store. Wouldn’t want to buy anywhere else. Boots are amazing i wear my Ostrich print Silverton Boots at work bartender for 8 hours an its a breeze. Boots are comfortable an exactly what i like. Thank you 🤠🫡🐐

Loved how clean and organized the shop was. Very welcoming and had Nayeli help me out with boots she was very friendly, great customer service.

Brought in 2 old used and abused stetsons to be reshaped and cleaned. Angelite and Nayelli did a fantastic job on both hats. Very pleasant to do business with them,I will be back. Thanks ladies!

Store is easy to locate off of East Nob Hill, the store is clean, and they have a large selection of Western wear.
