Suntides RV Park

Best RV Park in the Yakima area by far. It’s a simple park (no cable and so-so WiFi, no pool and small laundry) but very clean.

Many full timers and long stays but all are quiet, clean and polite.

Staff is very cooperative and cheerful.

Large pull through sites are essentially buddy sites. But there is so much space it still feels private. We really liked that you could eat outside without staring at the neighbors sewer hose.

Very easy to navigate within the park. Big Rig friendly.

Very fair price! You can’t beat it!

We spent 6 weeks here waiting for a new home to be completed. It was a very enjoyable stay. We had stayed here prior to that for shorter stays. Nice place every time.

And there is a nice 18 hole golf course that you can walk to! Decent restaurant there too! Sweet!!!

We stayed for a quick weekend while our son played a baseball game nearby. We really enjoyed the park! Very clean, safe and quiet. There was some traffic noise from the highway but the park itself is quiet. It’s more for long term guests who golf next door but they do have a few spots for nightly use. We thought it was great and would return for sure!

This RV park is simple, clean, & well maintained. We were in a bind & Diana was kind enough to accommodate us.

It has laundry facilities & WiFi. The golf course has a club house where you can get food.

In the summer this city is hot! So make sure to ask for a spot with some tree coverage.

Very nice campgrounds very nice campsite clean nice people we only stayed for one night. They were very accommodating.

Love this RV Park! Facilities are clean and well kept. They have bent over backwards to accommodate me while I am getting water and power on my property! Golf course next door with restaurant, corner store with coffee stands and fuel on the other side.

Thanks for the public, "pay dump station " warning not everyone knows how to dump properly.

For 4to 5 rigs.
Realistically 5 to 7 minutes per rig easily obtained.

We moved from CA and needed a last minute, emergency place for my husband to stay at for about 3 weeks. I called multiple places and kept getting turned away. When I called this place and spoke to Jeff he informed me they were booked for the full amount of time but was willing to work with me and give my husband a place to stay except he had to keep moving around the park from hookups to dry camping. Jeff spent longer than 40 minutes with me over the phone to help accommodate him and was very pleasant and polite. He was even willing to charge our credit card weekly just in case anything in the hookup area became available. Jeff was extremely helpful and really helped us out in a pinch. Great customer service!!

This last post that was left was from an angry man who tried to run me over with his truck and trailer when I informed him that we didn’t have the availability he was looking for. He then went totally Postal on me cussing and yelling and flipping me off. At no time did I pull out a golf club and threaten his wife, and at no point did I tell him I wouldn’t let a combat vet in the park. Yes, I informed them that it was private property and they needed permission to drive around park if they were not currently paying to stay here. This man left the property, went up the road to get his truck and trailer, and then drove back down to the RV Park and attempted to run me over with his truck. I think I had every right to ask him to leave and I’m confident I made the right decision.

Spent two nights here and really enjoyed our stay. Had a space near the golf course was very quiet and clean. Was close to a lot of shopping in Yakima. Will stay here again...

Stayed there July 2016. Easy to find. Easy to get in and out of pulling a trailer. There was a mistake on my reservation, but the staff set me up with an acceptable alternative. I received a nice discount. Standard RV park bathrooms, very well cleaned.

Excellent place to stay. Stay a day,week or month. Very friendly management. The grounds are beautiful. The sites are large.

The park is well kept. Management is very nice and helpful. Sites are level. Bathrooms are clean and separate shower area. We really like being at suntides.

Jeff is a great Manager! He helped us very much with our broken down trailer!! It is indeed a very nice campground with very nice purple trees! I recommend it!!!

Very well maintained park. Large pull through spaces. My only suggestion would be to install large speed bumps.

Great rv park! Very well taken care of, clean, facilities are taken care of and staff is very helpful and friendly. Close access to everything. I really recommend staying here.

This is the only RV place in town you want to stay! Not the most up to date but the location is great, park is very well maintained and the staff and full timers are very friendly!

Great overnight spot for us. Golfing available. Clean and convenient.
