Sylvan Heights Cemetery

Brandon has been super helpful and so nice. He took the time to go over everything with me and never tried to get me to get anything I didn’t want. He really made it so easy with everything I’ve been going through. Great guy and awesome employee.

I don’t normally do reviews but I have to give one for Geoff Richer at Sylvan Heights cemetery. He is the best. I had ordered a memorial bench before Geoff started working at Sylvan Heights. It took FOREVER to arrive. Long story short it was ordered, made and shipped but then got lost by the trucking company. Geoff worked very hard until he found the bench. He was always kind and patient when I called (which was hundreds of times) during the 18 month process. I am so grateful he started working at Sylvan Heights because I know my bench would be sitting at trucking company warehouse somewhere instead of in the cemetery. Many thanks Geoff.

I want to say thank you to Dustin and Hope for helping us plan a long distance double service. Our father passed Feb 7, 2023 and mom 6 years ago. Both were cremated. They went out of their way to make this as easy as possible for our family. Both very compassionate and caring. What ever they could do to help they did. And they helped us with everything and we live on Florida. We met with Hope to order our mothers name plate and she was very patience and took the time to help us find one we liked.. Dustin and Hope made a made our time of need as smooth as possible.
