I really enjoyed the staff. They are so friendly. The dental Dr. was so nice and explained everything to me. He asked me what I wanted done. I told him. He then put his opion in and asked me what I thought of that. I then had to wait for the manager to go over everything that was already talked about. They have credit plans to help you start getting things done. I am now starting my plan to get the pretty smile I've always wanted.

I was very happy with my experience. My appointment was made for the next day when I called. The whole staff was very polite, helpful and informative without making me feel ignorant or embarrassed. They explained everything very well and understandable. I will be continuing my oral health with this Aspen Dental facility. I felt like the staff enjoyed their work and didn't mind being there to help people! 😁

I had a wonderful experience with the Aspen Dental Yakima location and its staff. Dr. DeGooyer explained everything very thoroughly to me and the visit went smoothly. The staff was nice and very professional. The doctor was nice and explained the whole procedure, she was even concerned about my shoulder hurting as it could be a sign for something else, but it was not.
Everything was excellent, I will go back again when needed for more dental work.

From start to finish for dentures was a great experience. Started on Dec.28 for Xrays and first impressions then on Jan.1 my wax impressions then on Jan.3 trial fitting. On Jan.8 I got my new dentures. Went back on Jan.10 for a minor adjustment. The entire staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Each appointment was right on time and, only took maybe 15 minutes for each visit.

Used Aspen dental to get full set of dentures. Was very happy with the results. The staff was kind and professional, and yes, for us medicare recipients, they are in the delta dental network.

I went to Aspen for a comprehensive exam and was greeted by such a friendly staff member named Zoey. The assistant named Selena (I think) made sure I was comfortable during my visit and addressed all my concerns. She communicated well and talked very professionally. When doctor Deegover came in, she was very polite and really listened to what I had to say, and made sure to take care of my concerns about my teeth. I had a consult with Liz and she was AMAZING and so helpful with my insurance and questions about pricing and cost of things. The staff and doctor really care and it shows.

They where absolutely fantastic very polite and gave me the answers all my questions and made sure I understood everything.

Friendly staff, cared about your pain levels throughout x rays and exam. Very helpful in explaining everything in a private room instead of walking up to the front counter and the entire lobby hearing what you owe. Thanks for the electric toothbrush.

What a GREAT experience. Everyone was so courteous and friendly. Very efficient and happy to answer questions and address concerns. HIGHLY recommend!!

So glad I found this place. The dentist is gentle and understanding, she is very patient centered which is a huge change from all my past dental experiences. The rest of the staff there is amazing too.

I haven't seen the dentist in about 8 years, yikes!! I went in and they got new xrays, did a tooth and gum exam and gave me an itemized list of things that needed to be done with what my insurance would cover and what I'd have to pay.

Always very easy to work with very polite and friendly if you need dentures you must check Aspen Dental out.

Great experience here everyone is super nice and very professional. Wherever I would call there were really long wait times to be seen not at Aspen dental. I looked up Aspen dental and they were able to see me right away. Free x-rays and exams and even a 20% discount for being a new patient that is awesome. This place really cares about their patients I recommend them 101%.

I had an excellent experience, greeted me right as I walked in, checked me in and they was ready for me no waiting at all and the time for my appointment was perfect at 7am and finished in a timely fashion, filled me in on details about what the procedure was, really enjoyed my whole time there.
