The Iron Forged Gym

This is the second time I got to visit this gym while in this town.

My first experience was great hardcore gym tons of machines just a great workout.

The worker was super polite to let me know when they were staffed so I could get in.
Overall a great experience.

The 2nd time I was not disappointed I showed up to a bigger gym with new machines and more rooms.

I visited this gym Friday 4/12/24 With my brother in law Ty I gotta say I love this place I have been going to Planet Fitness the last 2 years Purly out of convenience it's on my way to work This gym is outta my way With that being said I'm going down today and Getting a 6 month membership This is more my kind of gym The staff were great the people in the gym Were hitting it The atmosphere was awesome I can't wait to start working out here on the regular 💪

As a member from day 1 I have yet to leave a review. I appreciate the cleanliness, drama free environment, new treadmills and the addition of evening staff. I appreciate all that has been put into the gym over the last several years and look forward to watching it along with TGB supplements grow.

If you have not visited this gym or are not a member,, you are really missing out. It is by far the best gym I have ever been in. Great equipment and a lot of heavy dumbbells. My favorite section is the free weight room. Lots of room to move around and the best quality lighting to show off a good pump!

Best gym around a real working gym, not a social club!

Had a tour with the owner, the variety of equipment amazed me. The employees were very kind and welcoming.
My first day was during non-staffed hours. I was nervous being new and not knowing *exactly* where everything was. I asked one person a question and everybody generously answered! They were all so warm and welcoming. Love seeing that in a gym!!
I'm looking forward to more days at this gym for sure.

Great atmosphere, quality equipment. Cleanliness is noticed and appreciated by any gym goer. This gym can support whatever type of workout regimen you may be following. 24hr access is dope and accommodates anyone’s work schedule. Staff is kind and always welcoming

Great gym with a ton of equipment!

Great gym. Great equipment. Hands down one of the best gyms around. Staff is super nice, and friendly. All the members are easy to get along, and everyone is welcome.

24/7 access, great equipment, clean bathrooms, locker availability, free wifi available. Owner/staff is attentive to gyms needs and ensures proper functionality of all aspects of the gym.

I love this gym, just wished it was air conditioned. In the summer it can be so hot that you can’t breathe.

Such a fantastic gym. Lots of amazing equipment and some that you don't see everyday. The staff is great and if you're looking for a trainer then Mod is your man.

P.S. Don't skip Leg Day.

Great gym. Friendly Atmosphere. A very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Access to the upstairs TGB Supplement store during staffed hours. 24 hour access to the gym. Unique equipment that, to my knowledge, no other gym in the area have (Chambered bar, Duffalo Bar, Safety Squat Bar, Convict Bar, Reverse Hyper, and way to many machines for me to name). Heavy chains and bands for accommodating resistance training. The only place I've found in the area with Strongman implements (axle bar, log bar, farmers handles, sled, etc..) It is a gym, not some fancy fitness center that hands out free pizza every week LOL. I love this place!!!

You will not find better people, better equipment, or a better environment anywhere else

If you are looking to advance your physique, learn new techniques, push the envelope of your bodys’ limits, and be around decades worth of experienced resistance trainers, powerlifters, bodybuilders, and crosstrainers then this is where you want to be.

Not only does the owner have an encyclopedia worth of supplement/training/nutrition knowledge; but the day to day operator of the gym itself is a locally revered expert in physical advancement.

All of this, as well as the fact that the gym itself has the type of equipment that can reach/teardown your deepest muscle fiber - all solidifies Iron Forged Gym as my favorite of all time.

I am excited to go there everyday.

knowledgeable staff, great selection is machines, free weights and cardio options. Open 24\7. Nutritional supplements and apparel available during hours of 9-5 mon-fri and 5-10am sat and sun. training available at extra cost.

It was great to find an actual gym and not a social gathering. All the equipment anyone needs.
