It always a pleasurable experience coming here for dinner. We had the seafood tower between the two of us and it was delicious. The chef made a ceviche with scallops that was to die for!

Aqueous was an absolute delightful and delicious breakfast stop on our Nemacolin adventure. With its gorgeous views of the golf course and prime setting outside near the bar and pool, you will not be disappointed. I got the falling rock classic and could not finish it because it was so much food. We even went back a another time before we left. Will be back again. The wait staff were PHENOMENAL!!!

If you ever eat at this place, please have the local Sheriff with you because the food they serve you here, is against the law. Lol. All kidding aside, the food here is top 3 I have ever tasted. I have traveled to alot of places on this 3rd rock from the sun, and I have to honestly admit that the service, presentation, taste, portion size are absolutely to die for. I also must give a huge shout out to my bartenders Michelle and Jeremy for their outstanding service.

Lovely in every way from the comfortable rustic furnishings to the ample wine selections to dinner to service. I had the chicken and dumplings which were shear perfection for a mushroom fan like me. My family and I had a great pre-holiday dinner!

Very nice dinner in a laid back atmosphere with great views and a beautifully designed FLW inspired hotel and restaurant. The food was excellent and the staff very attentive and well trained. Like all of Nemacolin it was a great experience and I will likely be back.

I don't have the words to describe how absolutely wonderful this restaurant is. It's a must to dine there during your stay at Nemacolin.

Food was delicious. Could of had Lobster in the bisque but the soup was amazing. Great mussels, soak up the broth with bread. Fish entrees were the best.

We just dined at Aqueous and it was nothing short of perfection! Hands down the BEST restaurant at Nemacolin. The service was outstanding and the food was absolutely delicious. They were knowledgeable and accommodating of my dietary restrictions. A wonderful dining experience compared to the unsavory food and service at Rockwell’s last night. If you want a delicious steak…skip Rockwell’s and go to Aqueous. You won’t be disappointed!

Amazing wine and food menus and neither disappointed. By far the best scallops I've ever had!

We were able to score a last minute reservation for our anniversary courtesy of the concierge and it did not disappoint! Everything from the wine to the wait staff was 1st class. It was hands down the best meal we shared in years and without a doubt the best scallops ever. Kudos to Chef and the entire kitchen staff!

They prepared a special vegan menu for us, and everything was great, food, ambiance and staff.

Impeccable service and great dining experience. Food preparation and taste was excellent. We had halibut and sea scallops with massive shrimp cocktail appetizer.

The wedge salad is my favorite and the steak is amazing with the mashed potatoes and gravy. The oysters on half shell is great as well. The staff is amazing and nice. Love the atmosphere here. My husband and I loved this place soo much we ate here 2 nights in a row.

Top notch all around. Got scallops and filet Entrees. Scallops were amazing but wife and both agreed that the filet was the best we've ever had
