Steins Ace Hardware

Wonderful experience came into buy a new Stihl trimmer and the service was quite excellent. Maybe it is what is required by Stihl to be a vendor, but regardless the staff was super helpful and friendly and gave superb service.

Wow. Simple wow. This place was like walking into the store from a movie. Everything visible, clear, tidy, employees wandering around obviously very focused on tasks, but more than happy to put down everything at a moment to help find something or explain an item. Loved it. If only every store I've seen was half as put together as this one 🤣

Had a few projects today with limited time. Made three trips to Steins. I had incredible service by everyone I came in contact with. Excellent customer service especially Mike who went above and beyond to provide a simple solution to a more complex decision I had made. Love this store and it’s people.

So lucky to have this place nearby - our well pressure tank piping all needed to be redone after replacing the tank, Brad was an absolute expert and got us everything we needed to do it ourselves, even on a Saturday. We would have been lost without his help - thank you Steins!

We all need help with hardware and Steins is well staffed with friendly, knowledgeable people. It has an amazing variety of items right in our neighborhood. Give them a look before driving to the big box places.

My washer flooded my laundry room and I looked online to see where I could get a wet/dry vac. I saw on their website they had one, drove there and was in and out in less than 5 minutes. The gentleman that helped me carried it all the way to my car! Very good service!

It's a very nice store with customer service that is impeccable. I think I had at least 4 different Ace representatives make sure I was finding everything ok. Definitely worth going local with this crew! My favorite Hardware store that I've been to!

Best hardware store in the state!

I went into Steins hoping to find a on and off valve to control how much water runs on my Hostas. They were most helpful answering my questions, even bring over another person to confirm that I had the right parts. They were great!!

My favorite hardware store. They have everything I need without having to walk around a huge store. They are remodeling right now but it was still easy to find exactly what I needed. I love that it’s in west valley too, so I don’t have to drive into town to pick up hardware or tools.

Staff is very knowledgeable, kind, and seem to take a genuine pleasure in helping ignorant folks like myself out. The best hardware store in town by far, their outstanding service has earned them my business for life.

We have come here many times for paint, tools, electrical supplies, plumbing, little screws and bolts and many things in between. Each time they have been courteous, knowledgable and helpful in finding exactly what we need for all our projects. Cant recommend anywhere better.

Ace stores are always great and this one is no different! I always get friendly help and advice here. Robbie just helped me trim and drill a custom-sized screen door sweep, and he really went above and beyond to help me out. Thank you!

Staff are very helpful and knowledgeable, just like their motto goes. Prices are good, store has always had what I need. Other great services and products, like plants and key cutting.

75% of the time they have GREAT customer service. I don’t know why sometimes they DON’T. I usually think it’s trickle down so I assume there is a boss that finds customers a bother 🤣.

I love the fact the store is clean, orderly and easy to move around in spite the pandemic we are in. I also love the fact they were also the first to enforce the State Mandate of wearing masks. Makes me feel SAFE!!!

The staff is always helpful pretty knowledgeable about whatever it is I am working on. The rewards program is cool because you get coupons. They have pretty much everything the big stores have but it is soooo much easier to shop here than the big stores.

They have the best selection and variety in town. Always staff to help find what you are looking for. Great place!
