Excellent customer service, warm and welcoming across the board. Dr Mikesell did a great job explaining my situation and taking care of my issue. Appreciated the communication to prevent further damage.
Very affordable, will be returning in the future.

I only saw the Denist here but he was so kind. I will definitely come back again. Also very affordable.

I called yesterday to become a new patient after talking to the receptionist who was very nice,
I am baffled as to why a person has to wait 6 months to be seen by a dentist, after thinking about this, how good would the care be if one has to wait this long? This made me lose confidence.To be fair this may be the new norm, not sure.

Very angry with Cornerstone, it took nearly 3 months to get an appointment here. About 12hrs before our appointments, I received a voicemail stating that they needed to cancel and reschedule. I understand stuff happens, however, I never expected our newly rescheduled appointments to be another 3 month wait. Six month wait to get an appointment with no guarantee they will not cancel again last minute, no thanks!

Worst dentist ever long wait times then my family had appointments for 2 different dates then the dentist called off for both appointments that was over a month apart which was strange 2 us he did the same thing to both the 2nd one was in March and the earliest they could get us back in was September when it's there fault we had to reschedule

I have been seen here before multiple times. This last visit i went in for a broken tooth. Being a mother of now 3 kids my day had gone crazy and my 6 year old had to come with me to my appointment along with my 2 month old baby . It was just a visit to assess damage and make a plan of action no work. So i arrive a little early and we wait in the lobby for about 40 mins my daughter reading a book and the baby sleeping soundly with only 1 other patient waiting with us. Im in pain and exhausted finally they call me back i gather my purse diaper bag the carseat and told my daughter to follow me hands full we walk through the door the hygienist looks at me with the worst facial expression and says you can't get someone to watch them! I said im their mother they have to be with me. She sighed and said i have to take pictures i saod the baby doesnt move and my daughter will sit or go where ever you need her to be. She said im going to have to ask the doctor i said there is nothing to ask i have no where to put them they are young. I said so i have to leave because i have children?? She just looked at me with her arm out not letting pass. My daughter was mortified and scared she said i can watch the baby in the car mommy! Like really she was made to feel like she was not welcomed there and that she was garbage.
Mean while the lobby door is open im being stared at and im just devastated and hurt that someone thought it would be okay to wait until i had handsfull and was walking through the door to stop me and humiliate me amd my little girl like that i will never go back and someone should reprimand them for the way they treated me and my children. They were calm amd quite not bothering anyone at all. And there was one person other than us in the office. I literally left in tears made to feel like less of a person and less of a priority because im a mom. I got no apology no phone call nothing.

Was supposed to remove wisdom teeth and then was told they weren’t going to anymore last minute. Also refused to do anything for the pain

Schedule multiple people for the sametime then take people in front of you that come in after you didnt even wanna see how terrible their service would be highly dont recommend

Its horrible n the dentist there is rude n doesn't listen to u he didn't do anything but take trays n sent me on my way I still have problems with my tooth
