Greg and Joanna are a pleasure to work with! Greg is very knowledgeable and helped create my engagement ring from scratch. He spent time educating us and making recommendations for a ring that would best fit my lifestyle and my fiancé’s budget. He is timely, affordable and creates high-quality pieces. From the moment you walk in Joanna and Greg greet you and treat you like family. I walked in knowing roughly what I wanted ring wise. Joanna spent what had to be atleast two hours working with me to bring it to life. I could not have been happier with the work that Greg and Joanna put into making it. When I finally proposed to my girlfriend, they resized the ring in under 2 hours. You can't get that kind of turn around anywhere else if I ever do more jewelry shopping, I will absolutely be coming back here.

They make you feel like family and are extremely passionate with what they do. My husband worked with Greg and Joanna to create the most unique, custom-made engagement ring for me. I love going to get my ring cleaned and just catching up with them!!

Greg and Joanna were very helpful when my engagement ring broke and we only had a week before our wedding to get it fixed. They had to order in a diamond and fix my ring and still got it done with time to spare. It looks perfect and it was cleaned up so well!! Thank you so much Greg and Joanna!!

I rarely review shops but I had such a wonderful experience at Duffy's I had to! Extremely kind and helpful people! They made a stressful experience of breaking my engagement ring a month before my wedding an experience that I'm glad happened because now my ring is shiny, straightened out and reinforced for my wedding pictures. I brought my engagement ring in for repair. The atmosphere was very personable and welcoming. The jeweler who assisted me made sure I understood everything that he was going to repair. He also gave me some tips on how to keep my rings in good condition. Very pleased! He even cleaned my wedding band while I was waiting!!

I've been going here for a couple years now for getting a vintage pocket watch fixed and polished and they've been incredibly helpful and kind. Today I went to buy a necklace for my girlfriend and they were looking everywhere for the perfect necklace to have ordered in. I'll always come here for anything regarding jewelry.

I went to have some links removed on a watch band. While attempting this, a ceramic link was damaged. Greg called me to let me know
When I sent to pick up the watch, Greg had information regarding the watch, and although I couldn't see the damage, but Greg insisted it was there
I have a warranty, so I'll see if that works. If not Greg says he'll replace the watch. Great service! Oh and I bought a beautiful necklace from his lovely wife Joanna. I will certainly continue to do business with Duffy's.

these guys were incredible. i broke a prong off my engagement ring and was passing through. i explained i was a truck driver and wasn't sure when i would be back. they were understanding and we're able to get it done same day! not only was their service amazing, both joanne and greg were friendly and kind. would definitely go back to them for maintenance and to shop around!

Small, but nice. The fiancee and I came in for a fitting only for custom rings from an online designer, and they were happy to help. I would absolutely come back for more traditional jewelry/repairs.

Greg has been my jeweler for over 20 years...always honest, excellent custom work and my only complaint, to quote Ed Norton..."He can't speak French." Other than than, I highly recommend him.

I rarely write reviews however I also rarely find businesses who HAPPILY go above and beyond for even just a potential customer - therefore the team at Duffys Jewelers deserves some definite recognition. I'm sure you can find quality jewelry at many other local/chain jewelry store but I am willing to bet you will NOT find a place with more quality people. Excellent staff ,friendly service expert repairs. Had a bracelet repaired was done quick and better than new when done.Looked around while waiting jewelry selection was impressive.

All I can say is if you want good quality jewelry like the good old days Duffys is the place .. sick of these chain stores and their markups ..
Kay jewelers will sell you a $3500.00 ring that if you had to sell you couldn't even get $250.00 for .. that's horrible
