The Yoga Co-op

I love this yoga studio! It is clean, organized and most of all, top-notch teachers! Each class is unique and teachers make challenging poses accessible. Simple drop-in fee only. No contract, no string attached but you might get hooked with this cozy welcoming yoga studio. Highly recommend!

I've been practicing yoga at the Yoga Co-Op since they opened. I love each of the three main teachers: Kelli, Carrie and Jessica. They teach the same philosophy but are different in their techniques. I love that I can ask questions anytime during class and end up having a lot of laughs. I highly recommend this studio!

I LOVE THE YOGA CO-OP! All of the teachers are very well trained and care a lot about the quality of every class. The space is beautiful and located within walking distance from downtown hotels and businesses. And the price of class is $5, $10, or $15? You decide!

The Yoga Co-op is such a cool space & concept! Although I'm not the biggest yogi in the world, the teachers always make me feel comfortable and have helped my yoga skills evolve! Such a wonderful local business.

Great place for yoga. The studio is clean & a great feeling of calmness. Yoga instructors are knowledgeable & understanding to your needs. Don't hesitate to go there!

Great practice space! I have only practiced with Jessica and Carrie (so far) and highly recommend either one of them. I love the pace and the always inspiring spiritual thoughts. I always leave feeling refreshed and invigorated.
Oh yeah, and their play lists are the best!

I am a regular at Jessica’s Sunday practice and I very much look forward to it. She strikes and excellent balance maintaining a challenging physical practice as well as a spiritual element. The space is lovely and lovingly maintained. She provides instruction that helps me to achieve more than I would expect to. On Sunday I have had no problem getting parking right in front of the building making it a great location for me. This place is just a great find.

I love doing yoga at the Yoga Co-op! I go to Carrie’s classes and love her but I hear all the instructors are great!! Highly recommended!!

It was my first yoga class and Carrie made it a wonderful experience. I left feeling relaxed, rejuvenated and happy. I can't wait to go back. She is fantastic!
