Full Moon Studio

These guys record a lot with pros and famous people, but they were awesome for a first-time-in-studio experience too. Full Moon Studio was the first studio where I ever recorded anything. Before arriving that day, I had been very nervous due to being really shy around people. But once I walked in the door, Christina and Jay made it impossible to remain nervous. Jay's kind and casual (yet very professional) manner made it easy to walk away with recordings I was proud of. But the best part of the day was the great advice I was given for my future as a recording artist. I was never so nervous again, due to their advice. Excellent studio. My band has already recorded a few songs here and will continue to do so for the foreseeable future. Great value compared to other local music recording studios and Matthew is a great sound engineer.

Full Moon Studio has been such a blessing to our family. My son has been jammin with these dudes since 2018 and has become a dedicated musician. When we joined up with Full Moon Studio we were looking for my son to meet other kids to play music with. Full Moon Studio places you kid in "band" situations so they can meet and play with other kids interested in music. My son has since played the stages of Hendershots, Athfest, and the Human Rights Festival in Athens. These opportunities have been invaluable to his growth as an artist. Thank you Full Moon!

The best sounding room in town! Jay is my favorite producer/engineer in the Athens area. Fantastic gear + decades of recording experience + excellent atmosphere = My favorite studio in town. Go make a record!

I purchased a gift card and they were so easy to deal with!!!

I emailed them and they responded almost immeadiately answering all my questions and put me in touch with the musician the gift card recipient would need!
