Bristlecone

Needed a place to sit and do some work and this was the perfect find. I ordered an Americano which was tasty. Staff was super friendly and the shop itself is really beautiful. Plenty of outlets at the bar area if you need to charge anything. Definitely stop by for a visit!

The cafe is a perfect place to read a book, work, or catch up with friends! Great place and even better vibes!

Yoga/Spin: Bristlecone has helped me build back my confidence, one class at a time. Their classes, in both studios, leave you feeling great, accomplished, and proud of yourself. The best reward - the refreshing cold towels with eucalyptus oil. Feels amazing. From the few weeks I've been here, I can say without any hesitation that Bristlecone is a community of wonderful people (instructors and staff) who are so welcoming and kind. I am so glad to have found this community in the heart of Cedar City :)

I love this space. The pour over is perfectly brewed. I enjoyed the bird dog: roasted sweet potato, cooked spinach, shredded cheddar, bacon, and a fried egg. This is delicious, and the price is not cheap but not ghastly overpriced. There is a lot of seating, and you can choose the level of coziness from barstools to couches. There's ample parking in the lot and on the street.

I'm sad I was only passing through town, so I couldn't participate in the yoga classes they offer. Next time, as I will stop here when I drive through next.

Such a wonderful place in the downtown cedar city. So many locals recommended this place and we can say they are right. The staff was super nice and offered us the pup cup for our dog boy. The coffee was very good. We had the iced coffee and hot drip coffee. The iced coffee with the coffee ice cubes so the taste wasn’t watered down after the ice melted. That’s incredible. The coffee shop also looks very cool and clean.

I LOVE Bristlecone! We recently moved to Cedar City and I was excited to be so close to a yoga studio. Everything about Bristlecone is amazing!
From the location, the building, the staff, the classes, the cleanliness, to the fact it's also a coffee shop and you can grab one on your way out of class. I highly recommend all the classes and staff!

Ordered the Matcha Latte, simply delicious, the baristas are amazing and so kind! The aesthetic is lovely 😊 highly recommend stoping by, they have plenty of seating; all so cozy!

We went as a big group to do hot yoga tonight, and it was amazing!! ANGELA IS THE BEST!! She was so amazing at guiding the group, I felt like I knew exactly what to do while keeping my eyes closed! It was simultaneously one of the best workouts and most relaxing evenings ever! Highly recommend🧘🏻‍♂

Yummy iced latte! Beautiful place and great coffee

We are from out of town and had just recieved some bad news about our car. We came in for a tea to regroup and was met with William; whom is one of the most sweetest, energetic and funniest baristas. He and Casey really helped turn our day around. The atmosphere was fantastic and gave us a warm and inviting space to figure things out. Thank you for being there and providing such amazing customer service!!!!!

Absolutely love this place. The coffee never disappoints! The bagel options are amazing as well!

The scrambled eggs with bacon and pickled onions was to die for! My iced hazelnut latte was also delicious, made right without being too sweet.

This is our go-to place whenever we visit our family in Cedar. Super good coffee, awesome food (breakfast & lunch), and awesome employees. This is a gem in Cedar city. Tons of seating if you need to work or want to hang with friends. They also have a yoga studio that is a Lululemon partner - my wife loves coming and only gets her Lulu clothes here even though we live close to the huge Santa Monica store.

The place is cool inside and out. It's in a really cool part of downtown Cedar. There's a farmers market right outside on Saturdays and they get these awesome bagels from New York. You can even get those trendy rainbow bagels on Wednesdays (I think).

Must try coffee shop w a yoga studio! Super friendly, clean and welcoming vibe all around. I got to try their bourbon barrel aged cold brew and it was next level! 🤌🏼 can’t wait to come back :)

Not a Yoga fan...but a fan of this places coffee! Pour over was smooth and not bitter. Wife had a creme brulee cappuccino...her comment "One of the best cappuccino's I've ever had!" The burnt surgar and foam were perfect. We'll be back later to try some food next time!

Bristlecone is one of a kind stop. They have amazing coffee, tasteful food and very friendly staff. Yoga classes are so relaxing and spin class is so upbeat and fun. I’d recommend this place to anyone.

Wow. Excellent coffee. Proper Flat White. Impressive for St. George, UT. Highly recommended. Have to trek in 2 miles into town. But we’ll worth it!!! Nice atmosphere!!! Pastries great. Drip Coffee / Dirty Chai / Latte was all excellent. 10.0!!!

If you're ever in Cedar City, Bristlecone is the place to stop. Multiple clean bathrooms, inviting/relaxing atmosphere, wonderful coffee. There is plenty of seating, much of it comfortable for an extended stay/study/cram session. The baristas are knowledgeable, friendly, and great at what they do. If I could give 10 stars, I would. Had the most flavorful pour over, would recommend.

This place is a gem. Fabulously friendly service. One of the few coffee shops I’ve been to that have whole milk & heavy cream (often have to settle for 2% milk and half & half).

Also, unlike a popular coffee chain, the matcha powder is unsweetened and you have the option to add sweetener or not.

Loved the breakfast bagel. Fresh spinach & tomato with fries egg.

An excellent spot for enjoying high-quality coffee with a unique ambiance reminiscent of a spa resort, thanks to its dual identity as a yoga studio. The staff is exceptionally friendly, creating a welcoming atmosphere, and the prices are reasonable.
