Julie helped us with 4 new devices. She took time to answer our questions, and make sure we selected the best devices for our needs. Two thumbs up!

Tina helped us tremendously. My husband sometimes hits the wrong buttons and gets his phone "Scrambled". She not only fixed it, she also showed him how to fix it himself so that we would not have to drive into town every time he does this. She also took the time to have him go thru the steps to make sure he understood how to fix the problem. THANK YOU!! She then let us know that I could get a new tablet and lower our monthly bill. Which I took advantage of. WHOOP WHOOP! Thank you, Tina.

What a surprise I had a very cool experience. It started rough I had ordered a new phone and the rep who put together the deal had left and anyway there was a bit of a bumpy start. The gentleman who created me at the door was gregarious and helpful to start but about 10 mins in we started talked about music and playing in bands then churches, then we had a great chat about all that’s great about worship and all that suffers the human ego. I mean we got right into it. Awesome conversation and relationship building and he never stopped being efficient and getting my new phone set up and getting me home! Had a great time and super happy with phone etc

Luis was awesome! He was so helpful and straight forward. The phone buying process is super stressful for me and he made it feel so much less stressful than any previous times I've bought phones. I appreciate him taking the time to walk us through everything! All this place needs is free wine ;) and it'd be perfect!

The process of upgrading your cell phone can be very tedious. The salesperson clearly presented the options and costs for every component of the upgrade. Then, they executed the transition from my old phone to my new phone. Once complete, we tested all the features. I would not even tempt to do this on my own.

Jim was a great help in getting me a good deal on a new iPhone even when mine was damaged after heavy use. Answering all my lengthy and all over the place questions and working through getting everything transferred like especially my work emails! It is much appreciated!

I went in thinking like most that this was going to be like pulling teeth and left having one of the best experiences ever customer service wise. Keith was amazing answered all my questions and there were a lot and gave great advise. I left extremely happy and am enjoying my new phone a lot. I definitely recommend going in and talking to him is you need anything.

Buying a new phone these days is almost like a car purchase; you have to do your research so when you find yourself in a store where every major brand is available, you're not overwhelmed by the choices. Even so, there are still models to choose from and "kicking the tires" is just plain fun. Enter Mr. Dennis Pugh of Cellular Sales. Knowledgeable, professional, and most important of all, a very good listener. I appreciated his suggestions and patience with my numerous questions. The store itself is easily found and the interior is spacious and clean. I strongly recommend making an appointment in the event all their customer stations are full and you are a walk-in. No problem making an appointment in-store, but you will be asked to wait in your car until summoned by text or whatever mechanism is used if they are full.

I have an incredibly unique situation withy elderly mother. From the second we entered the store the associate working, Miranda P. took excellent care of us as customers. She went far beyond what was required to complete our requests, treated my mother with respect and dignity and demonstrated the best customer care I have ever received from Verizon. She is an asset to your company and you are fortunate to have her!

I walked in for the first time yesterday for help setting up an iphone. Miranda was extremely patient and attentive and worked through the issues my phone/service was having. Extremely professional store, all the representatives were professionally dressed and gave awesome customer service.

My iPhone 6 was dying and needed to be replaced. I decided to replace it and, to do so, went to this Verizon store. My experience was first rate. The sales representative, Julie, provided me excellent service from start to finish. She moved me into an iPhone SE which, for me, was the best choice. I have not experienced any issues with my new phone or, more importantly, the manner in which she transitioned me to my new phone.

I always have had experiences when I shop at the Verizon stores, one day I went here instead and I'll never go back to a Verizon store again. These guys are super helpful and friendly. They always take really good care of you.

I came in to get a IPhone with no idea what I wanted and how to setup the phone. Dennis Pugh who was my customer service representative at the Summitview store helped me with everything. From start to finish he helped me understand apps., face recognition, etc... He was the most professional, patient and polite Rep. I have ever worked with. If there was 10 stars I would pick 10. With the COVID we must stay 6 feet apart so selling an IPhone which is normally hands on with the customer was perfectly orchestrated. He worked so well with my husband out in our truck and me inside. Absolutely, hands down he made the experience of buying an IPhone effortless, especially with Covid rules in effect. I would recommend that store as I was impressed by all the Reps. that worked there.

Luis was very great in setting up our new iPhones today for my granddaughter and myself! He had great patience! I would not hesitate to call him for any further assistance! Awesome!

Kieth is the Verizon representative to see for all your phone needs!! Kieth has helped me with my phones for a little over 4 years now. I’ve had anywhere from 4-7 lines and Kieth has helped me with upgrades, lost phones, changes of plans, you name it! He encouraged me to contact him at anytime for any kind of problem and he even came in one day to help me....it was his day off!!! I am a loyal customer and will come back another day if he is not working. I don’t usually write reviews but after 4 years of fantastic professional service I decided I needed to give him the recognition he deserves. Not only is he my Verizon phone rep but also a friend.
