I have to say this is the best real estate company in town hands down. Josh and Liz are extremely easy to work with. They are very helpful and friendly yet very professional at the same time. They even helped me find a lake house in Arizona. I will request their help first for any real estate transactions whether it be business or vacation house. In fact I will be asking for their help in the future for a new office building. They even threw a customer appreciation party at Gilbert cellars which is also highly recommended and paid for all the food and drinks . Amazing! I highly recommend Cory Bemis for your realtor. He figured out where my place was in the market and then proceeded to get it sold. Cory gave me weekly updates and advice about any concerns I might have. I was never left to feel that my property was being neglected. I believe doing the calculations to price my place fairly helped in getting it sold without it lingering on the market month after month. With that in mind I got more money out of it than I dreamed I would when the sale was complete. Cory is professional, honest and very personable. I’m one happy seller!!

My husband and I purchased a home in the Cliffdell-Naches area during the Summer of 2017. Greg and Pati Bemis were our agents. And oh how we wish they were also the listing agent. They were OUTSTANDING, knowledgeable, proactive, did everything very timely. We could not have asked for better service. The listing agent from Berkshire Hathaway was the exact opposite and we will forever avoid that entire company at all costs because of her behavior. We were out of state buyers who did not have a chance to actually walk through the house so we depended on this real estate agency to walk through for us show us videos over the phone. The upstairs living room had carpet in it that was probably original with the house from 1950 she said it looked okay for now and there was maybe a small stain in the corner of the dining room where she thought the previous owner kept her litter box or her cats after driving two and a half days from Minnesota the realtor couldn't meet us at the house and left us a key, upon entering the house there's a strong smell of cat urine which anybody could have noticed walking through the house, 3 days went by and we still hadn't heard from our realtor, you'd think she'd want to meet us after conversing over the phone and by email for six or seven weeks,needless to say she didn't want to see either one of us it was happy to cash her commission check, we spent $7,000 ripping out the carpet and replacing it with new flooring, we couldn't move our stuff in until we had that done because it smelled so bad, if I could rate this agency a negative star I would do it
