Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

This is my favorite Freddy’s! It’s in a convenient location just a little bit south of the Village at Meridian. We love their burgers, chicken tenders, fries, and of course they’re frozen custard! The staff is friendly and helpful

I've only done drive thru and they have a friendly staff. Quick service and delicious double burger and fries. Will definitely try other stuff on the menu.

It's grate for a quick stop for a snack or custard through the drive through with quick service! Friendly staff, fun, inviting and family friendly environment. Clean tables and floors. Thin crispy edges on the Patty's. And fresh to order fried items.

I was here yesterday and witnessed an incident with another person and the employees. I have to say the way they handled it was very professional. He was a much older guy and it seemed like nothing was going to make it right. They gave him free food and apologized. I wanted to commend them for a job well done.

Pros- hands-down best hamburger, fresh cooked to order and with the smashed burgers spilling out of the bun, you won't be asking, "Where's the beef"? Hot, juicy, good packaging... Forget In-N-Out and their long lines and dry burgers...go to Freddy's! I ordered the California Burger, with lettuce, onion (lots!), tomato and creamy signature sauce.
Onion rings all held their shape, none smashed, all hot.
I ordered a heavenly chocolate malt that was made with their signature custard....wow! Out-of-this-world best malt that I've had in years.
Servers were super friendly and quick. Best part, I didn't have to check my order sitting at the window to make sure that they got it correct.

Cons-The employee taking my order in the drive-thru couldn't hear part of my order (but did apologize) because there were several loud, screaming childing in the dining room, loud enough to be heard at the drive-thru. I was half tempted to dine-in, but smartly chose to eat in my car at 2:50pm on a Friday. Luckily the burger did not fall apart.

Most of the team was really awesome. Morgan was so kind and very professional. She took great care of us when we had an issue with the food. WE messed up on our order, and she made sure to make us feel special. She obviously knows how to make sure customers come back. The food was great. The guy on the fryer I didn't get his name was very kind but had a neck tattoo. A young boy, Ricardo, was so kind and very professional. I will be visiting this place all the time.

I've just had a very recent visit to this Freddy's for the first time and I must say, I am very impressed!!! The staff are very wonderful, kind people, the quality of the food is impeccable, and kudos to the lobby people for keeping the lobby spotless!!!

If you want a delicious burger, go to Freddy's! They never disappoint, their food is always hot and fresh. Best burgers around! Highly recommend.

I came in yesterday and observed a huge improvement from the previous time I came. The restaurant was clean and the food we ordered was quality. Cashier friendliness could still use some improvement. I was impressed with the dining experience. The chocolate brownie fudge concrete thing was amazing! Thanks Freddy's!

The people here are extremely courteous, and it feels genuine. I don't need that from a fast food joint, but it adds a lot of value to the process. The Turtle sundae reminds me of ice cream from when I was a kid. The pecans are coated in a thin jacket of sugar that keeps them crispy and the hot fudge is the real deal. Burgers are fantastic! Don't sleep on Freddy's! Go get you some!!

I have visited this location many times and almost always get good results. The variety is great and the fries are hot and crisp! Love the chocolate custard!

Everyone is always smiling when we go in. The fries are always on point. I love that I can get a patty melt which isn’t available at any other fast food chain.

The food is always on point always fresh and I’m kinda picky about my order the do’s and don't but the staff never give me a hard time or attitude like “omg 🙄” it’s always a upbeat atmosphere me and my boyfriend make Freddy’s a Friday night tradition!

they know how to put enough sauce unlike a lot of places, and good amount of pickles too... I'll always ask for extra anyway hahah, I've tried 2 different locations same thing, great customer service as well :)

My experience was amazing, a wonderful employee helped me out and gave me the best possible experience. Excellent food and service 15/10 would recommend and come again 👍

The cheese curds are great. The French onion burger was one of my favorite fast food burgers and the onion rings were good aswell.

I visited here today, around 4:44pm, looking for a meal because traffic was terrible and I was hungry.

I arrived in the drive-thru, and Sandra informed me she was the only person working at the time.

I placed my order and then drove around to the drive through, and then asked her what happened to cause her to be all alone. She politely informed me that 2 people had left at 4 and the person due to arrive at 4pm didn't, and no other workers were due until 5pm.

Despite having to work entirely by herself, incredibly, she was SUPER friendly, pleasant, kind, and considerate.

Thru the drive-thru window I saw her repeatedly put on new safety gloves when preparing food, help multiple other customers while still paying attention to me and ensuring my meal was exactly the way I wanted it, all while demonstrating really good knowledge of the food options available to me as I asked more questions.

Kudos to Sandra, she deserves a raise and a bonus for being a spectacular team player and doing a fantastic job for Freddy's.

While I always have a good experience at Freddy's, today was top notch considering the circumstances and I wanted to make sure Sandra was recognized!

Tasty food and a great option for drive-through. It was quick and even though they forgot one of our seven orders they remedied the situation flawlessly and all of the staff were excellent!

I highly recommend this over other fast food places in the area because the staff are so great and the food is great too.

The Original was excellent and the custard shake was amazing.
