I couldn't be more satisfied with their service. I used them for the first time to clean the carpets before moving into a new house. They provide awesome customer service, are extremely knowledgeable and will take the time to do the job right. They do not just go through the motions. They seriously work hard to remove all of your stains. Or carpets look amazing despite some terrible stains on white carpet! I couldn't be happier.

This company was great. They came on time, worked quickly and charged a fair price. Whatever they used to clean my carpet took out the stains and was dried in one hour. I will definitely use again.

Don was honest, very reasonable, did an AWESOME job and on top of that, provided me with some useful tips on how to care for our carpet. It's hard to find good working and honest people in today's world but Don is one of them. You'll never need to look for another carpet cleaning company after you have him clean your carpet.

Called to have my carpets cleaned before officially moving in to my new place. Last renter had a dog and the carpet smells like wet dog. It's only one bedroom and stairs, that's the only carpet in the house. There were communication issues, and I don't mean language either, I mean between the staff. I had explained that I didn't live there yet but was moving in a couple days and needed it cleaned before I moved stuff in. Gave them access to the place. The cleaner called me day of many times in the morning asking where I was, when it was already made clear when I scheduled that I wouldn't be there. No one told me it was only cash or check either. The cleaner and who I scheduled with were different people and I think the scheduler was training because she had to get off the phone to ask a lot of questions. That's fine. All of this is fine, not great, but fine. But what isn't is that the carpet is NOT CLEAN. It still smells like wet dog, the stairs don't look like they were cleaned at all. It mostly just looked like it was vacuumed. Dog smell is still there and now I have furniture in there. Asked and wish the job was done better.
